Dr. Horizon ICU & Hospital

Just a shout out to the wonderful girls in the blood tests dept. They did a great job for my wife, who needed blood and urine tests urgently. We had been let down by Radiance Diagnostics and needed test reports to take to our doctor. The young lady assured us that we would get the reports in time and they arrived in four hours! Well done. She actually phoned to ask if we had the reports, and I shouted at her, thinking she was calling from Radiance, whom I had just been talking to. I am so sorry, young lady, you are doing a wonderful job. Also, to say that the tests at Horizon were 800/- cheaper than Radiance!

I have been to this hospital 2 times and both the times they have messed up my stitches .. the nurses don't have basic knowledge or understand of how to attend a patients ... first time they stapled my cut which needed stitches and second time they removed my stitches even tho I told them it hasn't healed and will get infected and it happened the same night it got infected and opened up again and started heavily bleeding.... Plz change your nurses if they don't have knowledge about how things work to be blamed vishaka Naik and the nurses along with her

Great experience, Thankful and grateful to Dr. Aurelia and Dr. Oween. The nursing staff and the housekeeping staff were super supportive and efficient. Thank you Horizon ICU & Hospital for providing a incredible and comfortable treatment.

Please don't consult Dr Nagnath Khande. He acts as unprofessional. My Mother has been hospitalized in February 2023 he told us everything is fine. She had an autoimmune Disease SLE. When my mother use to tell him that her joints pain he used to say "apply coconut oil". Then once my mother got discharged he started giving her immuno suppressive injections and don't told us the reason why he is giving that when we asked he used to say "that is for SLE" and after that my mothers kidneys failed and then he send us to Dr Shital Lengde. I don't wanted to happen the same with others so Posted this. #StaySafe

We had a great experience here. The doctor looking after my wife and baby were very supportive being it our 1st time. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The rooms are kept clean hourly. So be sure your in safe hands. Thank you so much you guys..

Just got discharged from the hospital. Had a very good experience. To begin with Dr Sreeram was the best and efficient doctor. A pleasing and perfect orthopaedic Dr seen to all my needs patiently. The hospital was excellent, rooms clean all doctors helpful and pleasant personality especially Dr. Nandana who I was associated with. The night staff was very good. A little training in customer service shud be given to the reception on the floor and ground floor. No help from them and they keep chasing us up and down being senior citizens . They shud be trained to be more polite and helpful

Excellent service. Unfortunately due to an I jured foot and chest infection my wife and I had need for a X-ray and consultation. I would like to thank all doctors, nurses and reception for a professional, efficient service, handled with great care. Thanks again, Shaun & Helen
