The doctors are really good and explain all the problems well. The nurses are nice and come attend to the room bell immediately. Also the helping staff are kind as well and constantly keep checking the rooms. Parking could be an issue at peak hours but you could park at a little distance. Only issue we faced was the canteen services. The canteen staff was a little rude but nvm. Drinking water is available, extremely hot,ice cold and normal water. Also a large waiting area if your patient is not admitted to a special room yet.

Worst hospital. The staff Doesn't know how to talk to the patients. Doctors are very careless and arrogant.

Great doctors. Polite and well trained nurses. The entire staff is very polite and helpful. Some Minor work on the infrastructure is required but the medical facilities are all good.

We were visiting Goa when my wife took ill. Not to take any chances and try home remedies we admitted her to Grace ICCC on the suggestion of a friend. It was a Sunday afternoon, and we expected a laid-back response but were pleasantly surprised to see the quick response of the OPD team and their confidence. My wife had to be admitted since they awaited test results and though the diagnosis was not very serious, she needed to be in hospital for three days. The RMO's on duty were just as efficient as could have been, confident all the time. This confidence works wonders for a patient. The Senior Dr was just as confident and reassuring. Must say we were touched by the care the nurses took, even during late night calls. As I said before we were from out of town and did not know what to expect but were pleasantly satisfied that my wife was well taken care of. A no-frills hospital with good care. Thats what a patient needs. The admission and discharge processes were just as simple. Just two things needed in this otherwise modest hospital 1. A proper canteen with basic food for the patients waiting-in relatives 2. Mosquito nets on the windows

It's money making hospital and not a hospital to treat. This hospital will charge you a lot of money by telling you to take unnecessary tests (the doctors won't even explain you the results and send you straight to the receptionist) instead of focussing on the real problem that will only increase your bills. Please avoid going to such hospitals and save your time and money by visiting skilled doctors.

Great Doctors, they explain everything very nicely. Nurses are very polite and friendly. They take care and treat patient like a family

Great hospitality good staff canteen food was really good and a really clean place if you ever get admitted there are really good nurse's to take care of you had a great experience been admitted here.

The hospital is great along with the doctors,the nurses and the other staff members.There is a lot of warmth, hospitality shown to the patient who may be frightened and anxious. Such atmosphere aids in early recovery.i would highly recommend this hospital to patients. May God bless them abundantly. . They are angels without wings.
