My visits at Cardiovascular Institute of Palm Beach is a great experience! Being fairly new to a heart specialist, Dr. Bashir is professional, informative, has alternative treatments & tests to solve the problem! Follows up with scheduled appointments! Great bedside manner & makes it a pleasure to have your checkups & procedures! Thank you Dr. Bashir!! Regina Jackson. The staff is extremely helpful with appointments & paperwork! Very nice!

Don't bother with this place. Staff is unequipped to handle basics. Waited a month for an appointment, gave them all of my insurance information on the phone ahead of time only to show up to my appointment, take my money and be told that they don't accept my insurance. If your heart issue is life or death, good chance you'll die due to incompetence.

Great office and experience. I'm leaving this review because I'm trying to pay my bill, unfortunately your hours of operation do not match my availability or time difference, I don't see a way to pay online and I am traveling for work, please let me know if there is an online bill pay service for your office. thank you

Very disappointed, I scheduled an appointment on Saturday 7/12/25 even received confirmation for the appointment Arrived on time and clinic was closed. Just read another review with same situation. Pitiful customer service. I will look for another clinic.

They are wonderful and popular. The waiting room is always full, however once in to your appointment everyone is super kind, knowledgeable and thorough.

I had a heart cat scan because I had severe stenosis of aortic valve before Dr Hernandez referral to a TAVR surgeon. when I went for next appointment for results he said " heart was good". a month and a half later, when I saw the surgeon, I was told that the CT scan also showed an abscess in my colon and that surgery couldn't be done until abscess was treated. Dr Hernandez didn't pick it up on my visit with him. later I made an appointment with his office for another Echo which he scheduled for six months later. the appointment was for Saturday June 8th @1pm. I got to office @12:30 and office was closed. they have never been open on Saturday. two days earlier, I had received a recorded call reminding me of appointment. I went to their office today and was told the appointment was an error. very defensive and no apology. they are the worst.

I should've known from my initial phone call!!! I was referred to this place by my general practitioner, when I first call to make the appointment I was greeted in the most unprofessional manner by the girl who does appointments. I should've hung up right then and found another place but I still gave it a shot, maybe she had a bad day... The day before my appointment I was called to be rescheduled. Once again, the person who called me, has absolutely no phone skills and obviously does not like her job. Today, at 11:45, I called to confirm my appointment at 1:30. The person answers the phone, mumbled something incoherently, and put me directly on hold. After 10 minutes on hold with no answer, I realize that she put me on hold until the lunch break so she didn't have to work. Now I have to leave work to get there on time, I walk in the door and was greeted by a voice, "give me a minute", but didn't even look up to the window.. rudely she asks for my name and DOB, only to tell me I don't have an appointment today, which I was never told the doctor had an emergency with his wife..anyway I can only hope the Doctor reads this and addresses that the front desk girl is chasing his money right out the door.

Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr Henriquez. Did not know what to expect after reading the prior review. I was very surprised and pleased. The office was clean and pristine. The waiting room was not filled to capacity. The front desk was efficient. The nurses were very competent. The doctor was so personable, intelligent, and assuring, etc etc. I'm due back for stress test and actually feel assured that I will receive the correct and competent diagnosis. Phew what a year!!
