Dr. Aster Clinic, Al Qusais(Damascus St.)

I've had a great experience so far with Aster Women's Clinic. The service has been excellent, and I'm especially happy with the consultation with Dr. Lobana. She's caring, supportive, and takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. A special mention to Sophia Roche at the reception -- their customer service is outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Aster and had an excellent experience. The staff were very nice and informative, handling the insurance approval process quickly and professionally. I was consulted by Dr. Nihala and Dr. Midhhuna, both of whom provided outstanding care. Their way of consultation was very satisfying, and the lab attendees are professional and friendly as well. Overall, Aster provides a highly professional and updated service, and I am very satisfied with my visit.

The dentist, Dr. Taj Mohammed made the tooth extraction process as simple as it can ever be done. His mental support to patients is remarkable. Thank you Dr. Taj.

I visited the clinic yesterday, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The administrative staff, who was supposed to be a supervisor, was unclear in their communication, and it felt like all they were interested in was money. I told them that I was referred by my doctor from Al-Aster Hospital and needed a specific treatment. They told me the price, and I paid, then waited for more than an hour and a half before I was seen by the doctor, who simply read the paper. There was no actual consultation, and the doctor told me I had to pay more to proceed with the treatment. When I asked about the amount I had paid when I left, they told me it was for the consultation, even though there was no consultation. I tried to ask for a refund, but they didn't respond, and the supervisor came to tell me that they were dealing with me respectfully. I filed a complaint through the call center, but no one has addressed it."

The registration department does not work with a ticket system. Upon arrival, you take a number through the device, and then registration is done randomly. The excuse is that the screen is not working. Pictures have been attached for clarification.

I have been visiting Aster Clinic for almost a year now, and I truly appreciate the convenience and efficiency they offer. The experience has consistently been smooth and to the point. I would especially like to mention Mr. Azim, the office boy, whose helpful and pleasant nature truly stands out. From guiding patients to the right rooms to offering comfort and company when someone is in pain, he goes above and beyond to make patients feel at ease.
