I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Alena Romanenko, an excellent gynecologist who combines deep medical expertise in her field and beyond with genuine care, warmth, and attentiveness. She is highly professional, very knowledgeable, cared to listen, understand, and thoughtfully address her patient's needs. It's rare to find a doctor who brings such a human touch and empathy while maintaining such a high level of professionalism and expertise. You can tell she is passionate about her profession and working with her patients. The clinic itself is also great, with high hygiene standards and with an exceptional team of experienced and caring nurses. Blood draw was done very smoothly and professionally too. Therefore my whole visit was a very positive and comfortable experience and I was really impressed with the doctor. I will absolutely return to see Dr. Alena Romanenko during my next visit to Dubai. In the meantime, I will highly recommend her and this clinic to friends, family, and anyone seeking top-level care.

I was an appointment with Dr.Svetlana Kravchenko. The Doctor is very polite and professional. She explains and demonstrates me everything in detail. The assistant is nice and polite to. In general , I was satisfied with my visit. Respectfully Anna Tikhonova

The administrators and receptionist are very unprofessional. Elementary requests for prescriptions become a problem. Very disappointing

Dr. Emil Aldyrakov is a very competent doctor. The husband and youngest son approached him with complaints. He explained everything perfectly and prescribed treatment. That helped.

Not the place to visit again. Came to them with back and a shoulder pain. They have limited facilities and sent me for MRI to another clinic, provide me with confused direction, as well it was not coordinated and MRI people didn't want to accept me unless I visit their doctor. At the end they just charged me AED 3200 for the shoulder MRI just to shoo me away. Apparently I found MRI myself for only 1100 AED. And what is the doctor's conclusion I've got from Kandinsky clinic? The only Russian translation of my MRI and pain killers prescription. Well, it turns out that all I got there is: just paid my time and money for the translation. On the top of all had to beg them to send me the reimbursement insurance form - took them 10 days. All answers was: soon. Just to mention that I was checked by doctors Olga Polikina - GP and Elena Lysogorskaya Neurologist. Reckless attitude with a patients.
