Dr Kaul is not only a skilled professional but also compassionate. Me and my family have been visiting him for the past 15 years .We felt genuinely cared for during our visit. Minimal waiting time and the team is respectful for patients time and attentive. Dr is easily approachable even if he is outside the country. Approachability and open communication are key to building a strong doctor-patient relationship. The facility is clean and well maintained.

I am writing to share my experience with Dr George Kaul Unfortunately, my recent visit left me feeling disrespected and unheard due to the doctor's rude behavior. Despite expecting professional treatment, I encountered a lack of courtesy and empathy during my appointment. He overcharged us when it was not required. I believe that a doctor's demeanor plays a significant role in patient care, and in this case, the interaction fell short of basic expectations. It is crucial for medical professionals to maintain a level of respect and compassion towards their patients, qualities that were notably absent in this instance. I hope that this feedback can serve as an opportunity for improvement and reflection for Dr. Geroge kaul and the clinic. Patients deserve to feel valued and respected during their medical encounters, and I trust that addressing these issues will contribute to a more positive experience for future patients.

Dr Gopal Kaul has been my GP and Cardiologist for almost 25 years. He is professional, having years of experience his diagnosis is spot on and is a very caring physician.

I recently had a negative experience with a customer service representative who responded to my inquiry with an unprofessional and curt "NO" in all capital letters. It is important for patients to feel comfortable and confident when interacting with customer service, and this type of response does not foster a positive customer experience.
