Dr. National Heart Institute

I am very disappointed with the behavior of the staff of the nhi hospital and specifically with the lady guard that stands on the ground floor. She is herself rude and manner less but she says to everyone that they are rude.If we speak with her politely 2 or 3 words , she charges at you and says that please talk less and go away. My personal request is that please fire her and remove her from this hospital or else your image would be ruined.

It is a completely disorganised hospital. We spent 1.5 hours just to get BP done as all patients have to go through one doc for BP and history. There is no impetus on how much time a patient has to wait and the treatment given. It is past its glory ..best avoided if you have some respect for time

My name is javaid ahmad I am from jummu Kashmir district budgam my daughter was suffering heart disease last six months the name of this disease COA my daughter name munisa javaid.Sikkim hospital sohra her doctors said her surgery could be done in Delhi.Here I met DR.G.N.LONE. DR G.N.LONE performed my daughter surgery and his team.Thanks God and thanks Dr.G.N.Lone and his team for saving my daughter life.And I am greatful to the entire team I had a great time at the hospital.Every doctors and nurses there supposed me. Not recommended with Dr Manoj Kumar! He only cares about money! Not just him, all the assistants as well! Everyone's taking picture of my bills, I hope they got their shares equally! Also it's a very expensive hospital! Would recommend to look up or enquire other places before throwing your money at National Heart Institute.. This place is a National Heartless Institute!

Amazing Doctor and Support Staff. Best in India if any one looking for Heart related issues. Little costly but nothing costlier than life. Always recommend bcoz of Experience Doctor

Very pathetic staff and management My mother had emergency and they let us wait 4 hours to allot bed in ICU and were not at all treating her while she was waiting in emergency room. Doctor to ward boy was very rude No management and just to keep her in emergency room they overcharged and blackmailed if you get her discharged it will be at your own risk Despite of us waiting for 4 hours to get bed in ICU they started giving lame excuses and asked us to sign documents that we are taking patient at our own risk Dont ever get trapped in national heart institute , worst hospital
