I had a very disappointing experience at Saroj Hospital for an ultrasound. They asked me to come at 8 AM for registration, took the payment upfront (with no refund policy), and gave me number 25 in the queue. After making me wait until 2 PM, they suddenly announced it was lunchtime, further delaying my turn. The management was extremely poor--no one was listening or providing proper information. They kept prioritizing IPD patients and others without following the queue system. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend. It's 2:22pm and my ultrasound hasn't done yet.

I had gone to Saroj Hospital, thinking it is a charitable hospital and would offer fair, reasonable treatment -- but I was deeply disappointed. I had a minor cut on my forehead (no bleeding, no stitches needed) and all they did was apply a simple skin glue and a basic bandage. To my shock, they charged 1800 for this! Even more surprising -- when I went back just for a bandage change after 3 days, they demanded 700 again! What kind of charity hospital charges 2500+ for a small surface-level injury with no surgery, no stitches, no medication involved? This is completely unjustified and exploitative. They take advantage of patients who expect affordable treatment under the name of charity. Sadly, the billing staff was also unsympathetic and robotic -- no transparency in rate explanation. If you're looking for affordable or humane care, I'd recommend reconsidering your visit here. Very disappointing experience.

Best Service Provider In Health Sector Saroj Super Speciality Hospital. All Staff of hospital are polite experienced and helpful. It's a milestone in health sector. I get my treatment of kidney stones under Dr Sunil Batra Sir who is very humble and helpful personality. I thanks again all Staff members of this hospital. My father, Mr. Durgesh Kumar, was admitted to Saroj Hospital after suffering a minor heart attack. It was a frightening moment for our family, but the Cardiology team acted immediately -- performing an ECG on priority, and promptly recommending angioplasty to ensure timely treatment. As his daughter, I was extremely anxious, but the support we received from the medical staff, especially Dr. Dinesh Gupta (Cardiologist) and Dr. Neetu (Consultant, Cardiology Department), truly made all the difference. Dr. Neetu was incredibly compassionate and supportive from the very beginning. She answered every question with clarity and warmth, and constantly kept us in the loop. Dr. Dinesh Gupta was also wonderful -- calm, approachable, and so kind in the way he explained everything to us. His presence and attitude gave us immense reassurance. Thanks to the swift and careful treatment, my father is now recovering well and is being discharged today. I'll always be grateful to Saroj Hospital and these two exceptional doctors for taking such good care of him -- and of us.

Housekeeping services in the hospital have been excellent. The housekeeping staff especially Radha is polite and hardworking. Hospital maintains cleanliness in all areas, including wards, washrooms, and corridors. Their regular disinfection routines have contributed greatly to patient hygiene and comfort.

We are thankful that my uncle is now being discharged in stable condition.
