The doctor at Sacred Heart Clinic is excellent -- patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned for their patients' well-being. I've always felt that the medical care here is good. However, the experience with the staff, especially the female front-desk staff, has been disappointing. They often come across as rude and unhelpful, especially over the phone. In urgent situations, they do not offer any guidance or support and instead insist on scheduling appointments a week later, which is not ideal for emergencies. The clinic could greatly improve by training the staff to be more empathetic and responsive, especially when patients are in distress. A good doctor deserves an equally good support team.

The doctor is very good and I respect him a lot. Have consulted him thrice. But one has to wait a lot for his appointment, the time management at this clinic is quite poor. If you get an appointment of 6 pm, most likely you won't enter to doctor cabin by 7 PM. They allow echo patients to go first, and the doctor himself do that test, so that waiting time keeps on getting added for the patients in queue. Would request Dr Satbhir Singh ji to take a note of this issue and solve the time management of the clinic.
