The facility opens at 8 a.m., but many of the services don't begin until 9 or even 10 a.m., such as ultrasound. Unfortunately, this wasn't communicated to us when we booked our 8 a.m. appointment, which led to unnecessary waiting.

Its a complete seamless hassle-free experience I had during my annual health checkup at Prognosis Laboratories Health test was booked in advance and all updates were shared on timely manner. Facilities are at Global service level with highly professional Team. All Staff are very caring and emphatic with every visitor. I recommend Prognosis Lab to all Corporate employees to experience world class Medical healthcare check-up setup

Excellent experience at this PRL Laboratories.The staff were amazing, super friendly, and everything was well-organized. I had a great interaction with Dr. Smita Sadwani, who explained the reports clearly and provided valuable tips for improvement. Highly recommend visiting for any tests - top-notch service.

Over the years, quality of this lab seems to have gone down. Today, we went for some tests for my daughter. Even though the Lab opening time is 8AM, the registration counter opened at 8.30AM. After making payments, they did not even provide us receipt as receipts were not getting generated due to some backend problem. I was told either to wait further for receipt or to take receipt while collecting the report. I did not have time and patience to wait further. For last 10 years, this Lab was go to place for any diagnostic tests and I have referred this lab to many of people for tests. Not any more.

I would give 10/10 to the Lab, as well structured Lab with all the test available in less time. Location is good in dwarka, parking easily available, Well cleaned, lift available to access all 3 floors (convenient for the patient's on wheel chair, old age or mothers with babies etc) , Staff is also very helpful and cooperative. I got my corporate annual health checkup done from here PRL lab and it was wonderful experience as got done - All blood test, ECG, ECO, Ultrasound, X-ray etc, well equipped with all the facilities.

This place is run by folks who have no clue about customer service or basic adminstration They book you for health checkup and then since they have limited staff and instruments they have huge line up for everything. None of the staff will guide you how to go about for any step. I would urge company to remove PRL from panel as they will just ruin the health checkup experience. For a simple blood sample collection it took them more than one hour and this was supposed to be a fasting sample. For PP they have no breakfast availability and have the audacity to ask that since we will take time you can eat it and come back for PP. The patients have to move around figuring out things on their own. Avoid this place unless you want to ruin your day.
