I want to thank the hospital team for their great care and support. A big thank you to Dr. Vinay Sabharwal and Dr. Nikunj for successfully doing the surgery. Dr. Vinay was very kind and positive with the patient, which gave us a lot of comfort. Also, a special thanks to Glossy Sabharwal for her constant advice and support throughout the treatment. And thank you to the staff and nurses for their helpful and caring service. We had a very good experience overall. Keep up the good work!

Patient Reviews
I would like to share my honest experience at Jeevan Mala Hospital, where my mother was admitted on the night of 19th June at 8:30 PM. Unfortunately, the journey was far from smooth. Despite it being a medical emergency, the hospital delayed the admission process, insisting first on creating a file. Immediately after, I was asked to purchase medicines like the IV set, Venflon, and Sompraz, even though our case was under a cashless facility and we weren't supposed to pay anything out of pocket. I have bills for all these items and will attach them as proof. After finally admitting my mother, the hospital kept her in the casualty ward the entire night. Still, they added full double-room charges for the 19th in the final bill. Additionally, they have included charges for a pulse meter for two days, which was never used - it was only applied once and then removed + charges of infusion pump and monitor charges are added irrelevant. The following morning at 7 AM, my mother was taken for an endoscopy. Only after that was she shifted to a room, yet the room charges for two full days have been included - something I will prove with documentation. What's more shocking is the lack of basic medical supplies. The staff told my father to purchase gloves himself -- something that costs 5 was charged at 90! For a hospital of this scale, this is simply unacceptable. During her stay, my mother rang the bell three times during the night to call staff for help in using the washroom and having her syringe removed. No one came. I had to go myself to call the staff. Even on the 20th, I had to request food for her twice before it was served -- yet all charges were added without fail. In the bill, four doctor visit charges have been added per day, even though the doctor visited only once daily. They have also added a daily dietician fee -- even though the dietician only came once on the discharge day and never during the other days. The discharge process was unnecessarily delayed and filled with excessive, unjustified charges. At the end, when I asked for original reports, I was told they can't be provided as they have to be sent to the TPA company. However, they didn't even have the resources to provide two colour printouts. All I received were black-and-white photocopies of the endoscopy, X-ray, and ECG -- which are not clear enough to show to any specialist or cardiologist. If any specialist doctor see the blurred report what can he suggest to the patient for X ray and Other reports.Reports are attached. For reference, during my mother's previous hospitalisation at Apollo Spectra, we received excellent care and were given all original reports, without even asking twice. I will attach proof of that as well. Moreover, the TPA counter staff kept avoiding me whenever I asked for details. They repeatedly told me to "come back after 30 minutes" or "1 hour later," and shockingly, they submitted my discharge summary and bill to the TPA company without even taking my signature -- something that's against all hospital norms. Eventually, I had to pay 16,000 out of pocket. I am absolutely sure that if I had taken my mother to any other hospital, the charges would have been significantly lower and the experience far better. In conclusion, my experience at Jeevan Mala Hospital was extremely disappointing. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone in the future.
I want to give some suggestions there are to much que for the CGHS and other patients. I have also seen some old age above 80 are waiting in que and there is only one counter for the all. One lady receptionist handling enquiries and billing. Is this feasible for the for the people. Hospital also understand the rush in weekend and help the patient. Please understand and give some solutions for the public.... Regards and Thanks
I have 2 side of reviews. One is the dr's review and other one is hospital's review in terms of changes/amount. Review: Dr is too Good. Dr Malvika is too Good. No doubt. But in terms of money they are very thirsty, They charge you unusual charges that not meant to be charged. So I request the hospital management not to do so. Everyone is not same capable to pay the bills you charge as extra.
My mother's experience at Jeewan Mala Hospital was deeply disappointing. Dr. Deepak Garg and Dr. Rakesh Garg showed a complete lack of professionalism and care. They delayed necessary procedures, failed to provide proper treatment, and refused to update us on her condition. Their apathetic attitude and poor communication caused unnecessary stress and worsened her health. The hospital staff was equally unresponsive. I cannot recommend this hospital or these doctors to anyone. Rating: 1/10 (only bcz 0 isn't an option) Seek a hospital and doctors who prioritize patient care. Jeewan Mala and these doctors failed us entirely.
They diagnosed me pretty well. All the things were taken care of. The staff was super friendly and didn't hesitate to help at all. All formalities were handled smoothly with full cooperation. Dr. Vineet sabharwal had been a great doctor, made me comfortable with the problems i have faced. His strictness helped to be more serious about my issue. Dr. Pankaj, a very joyous and friendly doctor who made me forget that i even have any problem. Dr. Jatin, specialist in psychiatric dept, he felt like a big brother while treating me. Fully satisfied with the team and i have full faith that i will become better in near future. Nursing staff Barkha, has a good command over everyone, maintains everything, disciplined and patient and is a role model for her peers. Thanks jeewan mala for a good experience.
Thank you Dr Vinay Sabharwal, Dr Nikunj, Dr Arush and the entire team for my umbilical hernia surgery. The doctors at Jeewan Mala Prime demonstrated remarkable expertise, professionalism and compassion throughout the process. Thanks to the support staff (Ms Pinki, Ms Sanju and other team members) for their dedication. The recovery has been smooth. Thank you for the excellent care and support- highly recommended!
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Rajiv Nagia, an ENT doctor at Kwwan Hospital. As a 20-year-old seeking treatment for tonsil issues, I was shocked by his unprofessional behavior. Dr. Nagia shouted at me for no reason, seemingly because of my age and gender, dismissing my concerns without proper examination. He claimed my tonsils weren't visible, but his rude attitude made me feel disrespected and unheard. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a doctor who should prioritize patient care and empathy. I strongly advise others to avoid Dr. Nagia and consider a more compassionate ENT specialist. The hospital needs to address his conduct to ensure patients are treated with respect. Google Maps should highlight such experiences to warn others
