I recently visited your ultrasound clinic for a scan and would like to share my experience in detail. The clinic environment was clean, and the staff were polite and professional, which created a comfortable atmosphere for patients. I appreciate the efforts made to maintain hygiene and discipline. One important point I would like to highlight is related to the cost of the ultrasound. I noticed that the charges at your clinic are higher compared to other reputed ultrasound clinics in the area, which provide similar services. When the cost is higher, patients naturally expect better coordination, timely service, and clear communication. While your clinic does offer a decent experience, I feel that improvements in report timing, doctor-patient interaction, and pricing transparency would greatly enhance overall satisfaction. Average experience. Waiting time is around 3-4 hours. Staff is cooperative and environment is nice. Definitely not first come first serve. I recommend to start a token system to have transparency in waiting system.

I visited the clinic for an ultrasound the doctors and the stars are really very cooperative, hygiene and comfort are both given priority. The doctor has a profound knowledge and discusses the things in detail with proper guidance. The place highly recommended for best services.

They just want to grab your money from your pocket. My doctor prescribed two USG tests. I approached here for the same, and they told me that the total charge is Rs.2500 for both USG. In few minutes later I got a call from my doctor and she said that you have to only do 1 test, so the same I told at reception then @ Dr Jain Dignostics recepectionist replied that you have to pay Rs.2,000 for single test which actual cost is Rs.1200.

Price is about 2000 INR for the whole abdomen ultrasound. Wait time is moderate.

We visited there on 15th July. They have installed expired fire extinguisher cylinder. Also, we have to wait for long hours and receptionist also not respond positively

All staff are very cooperative
