Dr. Dr. Arun Mohanty (AIIMS)

Dr. Arun Mohanty has been nothing but a saviour for us. Visited him for my mother heart problem post recommendation from a family member. My mother aged 67 was living with a heart pumping of only 20% with no proper care from Fortis vk. When she had a mild heart attack one night we rushed to AIIMS but later went to Dr.Mohanty for further treatment. Being an diabetic patient , my mother's kidney were almost at its last resort and age was another difficult aspect. She needed a surgery to clear out blockage in her arteries. Dr.mohanty handled the very difficult surgery with panache and pointed out how critical surgery was it keeping in mind all the complications. But not only he did the surgery without the usage of any extra medication but now the heart pumping has also increased to 40%. It's amazing to see my mother happy and healthy now almost after 6 months of suffering. A huge shoutout and thanks to Dr.Mohanty.

I do agree with other patients that he definitely needs councelling/ behavioural training. On my first visit, I thought it was may be because of lot of pressure or some personal reason or simply a bad day but then same thing occurred on subsequent visits and the way he was talking to my father, I felt like he is mentally sick thus never visited him again. Proud on yourself is good but proud converted to rude behaviour is a sign of dusk.

In Oct, '23 - I had visited Dr Mohanty without an appointment. Did so, because my mother was writhing in pain - the hospital beds were full (Venkateshwar, Manipal) and the emergency at Ayushhman had failed us thoroughly. Dr Mohanty saw her, he touched her - a quickly vanishing aspect in the medical field, and although he's a cardiologist, he diagnosed her strangulated hernia in the lower abdomen and saved my mother's life. I reiterate, he went beyond his domain and saved a life. I remember, when my mum was operated upon the very next day at Sir Gangaram Hospital (SGRH, New Delhi) - the surgeon, Dr Ushast Dhir, had mentioned that my mother might live because a doctor went above and beyond. I couldn't agree more. Furthermore, he's a much decorated medico - a Fellow at several national + international societies of Cardiology. Moreover, what I find interesting is the detail to which he will explain the problem and his proposed solution. Great experience,Dr Arun Mohanty is very cooperative,friendly and provides a good medication. From Oct 2020 my Father Mr Samunder singh suffering from fever and we consult about that with many doctor nd hospitals including Paras Hospital Gurgaon and they totally failed to diagnose the reason behind fever after all of them i guided to meet Dr Arun Mohanty because my Father is also the patient of cardiac disease..... Then Dr Arun admitted my father in sir gangaram hospital ...and finally he diagnosed reason behind fever off my father...which has been continued from last one and 1/2 year on and off... a virus which is transmitted by cows and cattles...I satisfied witb Dr Arun nd very very thankfull of him....he saved my father's life

Awesome experience. Dr Arun Mohanty is the best in business and knows how to win and cure hearts. My father underwent angioplasty through him at Gangaram hospital. It was a successful operation done with 2 stents. Other doctors suggested 3-4 stents while Dr Arun told us that only 2 are needed. He is not money minded and suggests only what is best for the patient. We are visiting him for regular checkup. He gives us enough time and suggests least number of medicines while other doctors prescribe ma y. I completely recommend him for consultation on any heart ailment...

As per my experience the doctor is the Best in experience and Nature wise as well. I have went to his clinic for my Father for second opinion, but doctor completely changed my mind after check up and figure out the actual problem, which was Brain stroke. I definitely, suggest all of you for this doctor. The experience and nature he have is the best and also very helpful if you need any help that a doctor can do like for report he straight forward says you should ask for the discount. He don't want anything from the Laboratory, just give a discount if possible to the patients and to their family members.

I went to Dr Mohanty for Pace maker procedure for my Father in law aged 83 years. His handling of the case during the trying times of Covid pandemic was immaculate and flawless. We are very satisfied and the patient is healthy and relieved of all worries. Thank you doctor and God bless. I definitely recommend the care of Dr Arun Mohanty. My rating would be 10 on 10.
