Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dr. Aparna Jaswal at Fortis Okhla Despite Dr. Aparna Jaswal's reputed credentials, my personal experience was frustrating, impersonal, and deeply disappointing. I booked an appointment for my mother, hoping for professional care and proper consultation. What we encountered instead was a chaotic and poorly managed process. After waiting over an hour, we were shuffled between rooms and made to wait again before finally meeting Dr. Jaswal. The consultation lasted barely two minutes -- just enough time for her to suggest a stress echo test. We were then subjected to another two-hour wait to get the test done. But when we returned with the results, we were informed that Dr. Jaswal had already left. Instead, we were handed over to another doctor who barely glanced at the report, showed zero interest, and gave us no clear explanation. We were told to return the next day between 10-11 AM. We reached there at 11am,After another 90 minutes of waiting, Dr. Jaswal finally saw us -- again, for just one minute. Her entire "consultation" was telling my mother to work out daily and that everything was fine(my mother was admitted,a week before this appointment, to hospital). No proper discussion, no insight, no time -- nothing. We paid 2000 for the appointment and 7000 for the test, for what was essentially running from one room to another, long waits, and no meaningful medical guidance. It felt less like healthcare and more like an assembly line.

After reading several reviews, I first decided to have a visit, but in every review, u can see that she has done a pacemaker implant, why..??because she just want to make Fortiis hospital money,vand so for her

I went to ask about her opinion on an ECG report as it was required for cataract surgery, she didn't give any opinion instead asked to do another costly test which wasn't the requirement for the surgery. I'm totally unsatisfied. Not expected such treatment from such an experienced doctor, also overcharged for less than two mins consultation.

She is an expert of her field. She has gone through the reports and asked some test which are essential and not asked by other doctors to find the history of heard and damage to body. She know the right process to diagnose and ask for the most relevant test and treatment accordingly.
