"Today, I want to give my review regarding BLK-Max and Dr. Ishwar Bohra & his team, hoping it may help others in their decisions. I went there for my father's knee replacement. Before this, I had visited many hospitals in Delhi and NCR, but I was not satisfied with their commitments. Then someone who had experienced this hospital suggested it to me. So, I had my father's surgery here. Everything was excellent, especially nature & professionalism of Dr. Ishwar Bohra, the female physiotherapist, and the sisters - Ms. Nikita and Ms. Feli - who were outstanding. The only thing to take care of is the price; they seem to charge for the air you breathe there. The accounts settlement process is also quite slow. The restaurant's food is good and priced at market rates. Therefore, I recommend this hospital, especially Dr. Ishwar Bohra. However, before admission, make sure to clarify the total expenditure beforehand. Thanks, Prashant Vats"

The food provided was decent and hygienic. It was suitable for patients, served warm, and followed dietary restrictions well. However, taste could be improved slightly for better comfort. The service was generally good. The nursing staff was attentive and polite. Housekeeping and other support staff were also helpful. Sometimes there was a slight delay in response, but overall the experience was smooth and professional. Overall Experience The hospital maintains cleanliness, and the environment is well-organized. Doctors are experienced, and most of the staff is cooperative. It's a reliable place for treatment, though a few areas like food taste and quicker response times could be improved.

Expensive considering overall.. doctors are quite good ...went through a heart operation of my In-laws..Went Well. One thing I have to add service during in house patients during night time is poor. I will totally blame it on lack of employees for night Shift.

During my health check, I unexpectedly got stuck in one of the changing rooms for over 20 minutes. It was a distressing experience, but I truly appreciated the calm and reassuring support from Shalini, who kept checking in on me and assuring me that help was on the way. When the door was finally broken open, Arshi was there to greet me with genuine concern, and both Arshi and Amrita promptly took me to the Executive Health Check Lounge to rest and recover before continuing with the remaining tests. I'm especially grateful to Amrita for her prompt attention, compassion, and for ensuring that all our needs were taken care of with such efficiency and warmth. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Executive Health Check team--Amrita, Arshi, Yasmeen, Shalini, Dr. Jeevanjyot Bahia, and Anuradha from F&B--for the exceptional care, empathy, and professionalism you demonstrated throughout. Just because of dr laxmi mantri i visited there But related to the hospital nd their policies my experience was very bad and unsatisfied As i m the cghs beneficiary card holder First of all the waiting line in every step is too much irritating Firstly at the billing counter it will take 45 mibt to 1 hr just fr clearing the bill Thn opd there is no fix time of doctr if thy are havibg timing of 12 pm thy will come at 3 4 pm nd will wait for too long for consultancy Thn on the day of admission for the surgery First thy call us at 6am in the morning nd thn thy said staff will come at 8 am thy will do the process thn y u call us at 6am Thn the timing if admission desk employees are 8am thy r coming 9 am nd thn it will take 2 hour to arrnge the bed Thn after admitting the kitchen service is too slow the order is arriving after 1 hour... After this much of experience i ll think for the future consultation nd treatment

We came to BLK MAX for Bilateral TKR surgery for my wife. We were under treatment and care of Dr Bhushan Nariyani. From our very first interaction till completion of the current phase of treatment he was very encouraging, helpful, explained in detail the treatment process and we got the feeling that we have reached the right place. During the treatment process we were very ably treated, supported and cared for by him and his entire team making us comfortable each step of the journey. Support by nursing staff was very satisfactory and reassuring. Floor manager Ms Ilima Sohail, Housekeeping floor incharge Mr Rajesh Kumar and their entire team took extra care of our comfort at all times during our stay here for the treatment. I would also like to thank our dietician Ms Yashmi and the F&B team who took timely and adequate care of our nourishment needs. Overall I received the treatment that matched my expectations. I had a very positive experience with Dr.Vinika . She is extremely professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt heard and well cared for during the entire consultation/treatment. The doctor was also friendly and efficient. And full 9 months she supported, n gave healthy baby .Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable doctor.

Mixed experience at the hospital. The hospital housekeeping was impressive, with a clean and sanitized environment. However, there were some issues with wait times - the patient who just had knee surgery had to wait a while for an X-ray, and the admission and discharge process was also delayed and took a lot of time. Hopefully, they can work on improving wait times and streamlining their processes to enhance patient experience.
