We recently had our delivery at this hospital followed by phototherapy treatment for our newborn. While we truly appreciate the excellent care provided by the nursing staff - who were kind, attentive, and supportive throughout - we were disappointed with the billing experience. On both occasions, the final bills were significantly higher than what was initially communicated during admission. This lack of transparency and unexpected inflation in charges caused unnecessary stress during an otherwise emotional and sensitive time for our family. We sincerely thank the medical and nursing teams for their dedication, but we hope the hospital management seriously looks into streamlining the billing process and ensuring more accurate, upfront communication regarding costs. Clear and honest billing is just as important as quality care.

I had a very Horrible, extremely disappointing experience at Apollo One Pusa Road. The management is highly unorganized -- appointments are not honored on time, staff coordination is poor, and patients are left waiting without clear communication. For a reputed healthcare brand, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. I expected professional service, but instead faced delays, confusion, and lack of proper assistance. Would not recommend at all unless you want to waste money and your precious time.

I can certainly attest to the level of hospital cleanliness and care I received from this facility, does not compare to any level of quality care I have ever received in the USA. This is by far the best hospital a person can ask for while under going any procedure and the healthcare management after treatment is bar none. Rest assured, you will be in good hands with the hospital staff ranging from the kitchen, to house keeping, doctors and nurses all who superceed expectations. You will definitely be impressed with every aspects of the hospital and staff. I received a level of care that will stay with me for the rest of my life. The staff are amazing and will serve you above and beyond until you're comfortable to be discharged. Get your procedure done here because you will regret it going somewhere else. This is an exceptional hospital.
