My son has undergone stitches from some other hospital..I had been to Blue bird hospital for further follow ups . Our experience has been really very satisfactory. The hospital staff is quite very helpful and well trained.

The hospital provide comprehensive child care with all the facilities available. The doctors prescribe minimal need based medicine and provide detailed education to the parents about precautions and preventive steps.

My recent experience at this hospital on 01-08-2025. 1. I was asked to deposit 10,000 in advance for treatment under the general ward, despite the bed charge being 2,500/day. I was not informed why such a large amount was required in advance. 2. It was observed that some senior staff appeared to lack adequate knowledge and expertise in providing the required treatment, which caused concern regarding the quality and safety of patient care." 3. I was compelled by the hospital staff and administration to purchase medicines only from the in-house pharmacy, despite my request to buy from outside. I believe this is against patient rights and violates ethical medical practices. These actions caused financial pressure and distress during an already difficult time. Ensure such practices are stopped to protect other patients from exploitation.

It's on etye most beautiful built hospital which gives utmost care. Very well located in Raipur, this hospital meant only for children is great for parents like me. I will certainly recommend this to all the parents.
