Dr. MMI Narayana Hospital, Raipur

Overall it was a good experience for me. I visited this last week found everything was well planned and maintained in hospital. Doctors were very professional and Dr. Abhishek Jain was excellent.

Poor Management & Unprofessional Staff While patient care during admission is decent, the hospital's management and communication are severely lacking. Staff often avoid providing clear answers and show little regard for patients' or attendants' time. Waiting hours despite early appointments is common, and delays in basic services like scan reports are blamed on lack of typists. The management is disorganized and unresponsive, making the experience extremely frustrating--especially for patients traveling long distances. Doctors are polite and skilled, but the support system around them is inefficient and disrespectful. I do not recommend this hospital.

Have never been to such a great private hospital, their maintenance, cleanliness and all the staff are very helping by nature even in this tough time of covid, they are doing great service to the regular patients and specially chemotherapy is very famous and nicely done Special thanks to (executive operations), she's very helpful and cooperative and oncho-chemotherapy department are helpful too. Thanks for your great service.

This hospital is decent in terms of patient care when you are admitted alone; they do take care of you. However, when it comes to communicating with the patient's relatives or attendants about the treatment process or any other relevant information, they tend to ignore requests. They often lead you around without providing clear answers. According to them, they are only knowledgeable about their specific department or area of work. From the admission staff to some doctors, it feels like they are irresponsible or slow in their responses. They don't seem to value your time, and patients often have to wait for hours. Overall, my first visit and experience here was quite frustrating.

We had a great experience at NHMMI hospital, Dr. GOUNIYAL sir is very good doctor, he makes is understood everything very smoothly. Staff members are very good, very caring and responsive. Overall amazing hospital and team.
