I am writing this letter to express my deep disappointment and discomfort during my recent stay in your hospital's ICU. Unfortunately, the conditions and treatment I received were far from what is expected in an Intensive Care Unit. 1. Nursing Staff Behavior: One of the nurses on night duty kept disturbing me repeatedly, which caused great inconvenience. Her behavior lacked the professionalism and empathy expected in such a sensitive environment. 2. Lighting Issue: Throughout the night, a bright light was kept switched on directly above me, making it impossible to rest or sleep. In an ICU, where patients require peace and recovery, such negligence is unacceptable. 3. Cleanliness and Hygiene: There were flies and insects inside the ICU, which was highly disturbing and raised serious concerns about hygiene. It felt more like a general ward than a sterile and controlled ICU environment. I had hoped to receive the best possible care and attention in the ICU, but sadly, my experience was distressing and unsatisfactory. I sincerely request that appropriate actions be taken to address these issues and ensure better conditions for future patients.
