Hospital with worst management. Patient are left unattended fir hours no cleanliness and very highly priced compare to services and treatment provided They are even looting their patients as they have different rate cards for insurance holder and cash payment.

I was here because last night I suffered a mild Heart Attack. The left part of my body (chest to toe) stopped functioning due to some sort of blockage. There was a point pain in my heart and toe as well. I wanted to get it diagnosed as early as possible. Few things which I would want to inform is that they will overcharge you for almost everything. Few staffs were welcoming and working professionally. And some staffs had no proper way of communication, they were talking very informally & they were making fun of me. While I was explaining them the situation. I am still not sure about this condition and the test which they performed. So I will look for a 'Lipid profile' test. They did Some OPD + ECG for which they charged 350 & then they took 1100 as doctors consultation charges. I could never find the doctor. They were all mixed. For medicine they took 250. My heart beat was 107 bpm which as per them is very high. And they said May be I am under some sort of stress. In total I spent 1700. And again I have to spend some more to get my lipid profile test results. My advice is that don't come here. They will loot you. Few of the images I uploaded shows my reports. I was very unhappy about them overcharging.

The staff here is very useless, extra payment is deposited in the reception without any doctor's advice.Extra items are purchased from the IPD pharmacies for the dressing of any minor injury.And for that forced bed charges are added which is wrong.After that very late you will be discharged with extra fee.

Pathetic experience in terms of insurance claim. They will give you number of excuses and will not provide you to have you a zero claim policy. They ask to pay all in cash. Dr Reema chattree very coward and un professional lady not to say Doctor. Also doesn't have any ethics as a doctor. At last moment she refused to deal the case and not taking patient for admission with so many excuses that patient is having so many risk factors. If you plan to consult her, don't go for her, she will only spoil the case. The help desk of this hospital is very incooperative and they don't know anything about their work.

Unfortunately, the nursing staff themselves lack proper training, leaving patients in perilous situations. I personally experienced the dangers associated with this lack of competence. Therefore, I strongly advise placing Pulse Hospital at the bottom of your priority list, unless there is absolutely no alternative. This bold recommendation stems from the undeniable reality of the situation at hand."
