Extremely Disappointed with the Service I had a very frustrating experience at this hospital. Patients have to sit and wait for hours--sometimes the entire day--without their number ever being called, even after multiple visits. I arrived at 8 AM and waited until 5 PM, yet my turn never came. The staff is highly unprofessional--neither do they know how to communicate properly, nor do they seem interested in doing their job responsibly. Their behavior is rude, and there is a complete lack of system and management. If you're not able to manage patients efficiently, the least you can do is process refunds without making people suffer further. Completely unacceptable.

The hospital is good but the manager's behavior is not good very very bad Patients come here in pain, why can you ask them to be taken away?

Dear Sir, please pay attention to the service at your place, here no attention is given to the patients, the patients keep sitting in the waiting hall since morning and the people sitting at your wellcome desk, their behavior is not good and they don't talk properly.

Waiting time too long and staff has many of time saying that Doctor will come after 30 minut, we are almost waste our time here almost 5 Hour's (10AM to 3PM), Dr sir is good as per my knowledge but taking much times here.

Very roud behaviour all hospital staff and also doctor.not discuss patient condition and not any explain.isa hospital me please kisi ko admit nahi karna .

All the doctor has well staff are coprative and friendly they care for each patients
