Mr. Bodhan Deshmukh is sitting in front desk and said token number will given after 5 am and yesterday he said me on 5:20 am that token are not available because people are coming at 4 am and all the numbers are finished for today today i am coming at 3:45 am for token now he said wait upto 5 am because token will give after that and behave so rudely at a same time. So bad management.

Hospital is in a pathetic condition. Services are poor. Just encashing d die need of patient.

The management needs to train the staffs professionally. Nurses are a bit arrogant. Discharge process needs a bit of improvement. Got a great support from Billing department especially Mr Dwivedi. Dr Ratnani treated pretty well. Reception management is pretty good. Super speciality hospital has to have highly trained professionals and public relationship needs to be worked upon.

Bodhan Deshmukh, this guy gave misleading information which caused so much of trouble. Patients are already suffering and they're taking advantage of it. This guy told the appointment for the dr starts at 4 am and when I came at 4 am , this guy refused to took the appointment and asked to come at 5 am. What is this behaviour? Is this what we call professionalism? Mr Bodhan could have been more cooperative with us instead of arguing. I would highly recommend to improve the efficiency of the hospital and it's staff behaviour.

Best Hospital in the area Cardiologist Dr Aslam khan is very outstanding in his approach. His Clinical approach is excellent and he diagnose the disease very well . He is soft spoken and always caring about patients . Only relevant investigations are advised by him and treatment is also upto mark as per need of patients. My mother underwent treatment under him and improved despite she was serious Dr Dixit Neurologist is also very good I recommend 5 star as you can rely on there services without hesitation
