Unprofessional and Money-Oriented Hospital - Avoid at All Costs! I had a terrible experience at Navjivan. Instead of providing proper treatment, they seemed more focused on charging unnecessary fees. The doctors and staff were unprofessional. My grandmother was given incorrect or inadequate treatment, which only worsened her condition. Despite paying a hefty amount, we received no real solutions--just delays and excuses. The staff was rude, and the waiting times were unbearable. This hospital motive is to making money rather than actually helping patients. Also they will not agree to release patient. I strongly advise against visiting this hospital if you want proper care. They should be held accountable for their negligence and unethical practices.

All staffs are co operative, no one asks tips.. and Dr Praveen Kumar sir.. is very co operative and helpful.. Thank u very much sir.. for your cooperation...

Beautiful hospital with all amnities in heart of town in Sitamarhi, excellent staff with Doctor providing detailed information and best results. But it's not fully constructed, work in progress to build as they designed demo on picture shared on Google map or on their website to make it beautiful as pictures

This is the worst and most corrupt hospital of Sitamarhi, the doctors of this hospital are completely incompetent. Due to negligence in operation, my brother lost his life, instead of expert surgeon, MBBS doctor did the operation, the result was that a young man lost his life due to his negligence, please never come to this hospital.

Unlike other private hospitals in Sitamarhi, I found this hospital really neat and tidy though the fees charged is quite high. All kinds of facility like X-ray, scanning etc are available. The staff is active and cooperative. Canteen facility is also there for attendants of patient where breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea with snacks is served at decent rates. I can say one of the best private hospitals in town.

I look out for my mother fever treatment. I am surprised when they admitted her without any report and didn't provide dinner. My mother was hungry and asking for drinking water several times, but nobody given her water. Doctors in this hospital are also fake,they follow the same script for every disease. When i asked him what they are treating for, they started staring on one another. Total 13hrs my mom was in hospital. In first hours, they got the report that is negative, but still they are doing treatment. The total bill they made in 13hrs for fever treatment is RS 8600 for nonsense.
