Visited for the first time to Duncan hospital raxaul. Experience was awesome . System specially for child delivery was like an international level. Everything was so arranged and systemic. As a patient or guardian of patient you don't need to worry for anything. Duncan have all of your data and their systems are connected with each other so need to explain the things on each counter. Doctors are brilliant and nurses are well educated and punctual to serve the patient professionally. Thanks duncan thanks to those nurses and doctors who deliver my first baby girl . Will visit you soon.

Despite the fact that as a mission hospital which is located on Indo - Nepal border Duncan provides cost effective good quality treatment for all kind of people.

To sum it up, just totally bad. The emergency room doctor almost refused to follow through on a wound which was vital to be checked saying he had 3 critical patients to monitor, he asked me to go through the long drawn process, which I couldn't do as I was just traveling through overnight and time was of essence

Nurse n hospital staff behavior is non- supportive,irritating n mostly misbehaving... They don't have any culture & manner to co ordinate with patients along with their attendant

Disgusting service Staff and doctors don't have manner to talk with patient

All the doctor and staff are good in behaviour. I know it closely because my uncle is in charge of building construction. It work very good during flood time in bihar. I also born there. The Duncan hospital was established in 1930 by Dr Cecil Duncan a Scottish Surgeon to provide health-care to people in Bihar and neighboring Nepal. The hospital is strategically located at the border of Northern Bihar & Nepal and has 200 beds. It provides services of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Orthopaedic and Intensive Care. The Community health program Empowers Women & adolescent girls from vulnerable communities, people with disabilities, mental disorder, people with HIV/ AIDS; Community organization and advocacy for- sexual and reproductive rights, protecting vulnerable families from slavery and sustainable freedom.; Capacity building of government health delivery system; and Primary health care through clinics in peripheral health centers and mobile clinics in 3 blocks.

When my father was very ill. My mother came with My father alone and said in this hospital please check him then hospital staff treated like dog even worse than dog and said we will throw him get out from here.. I was out of state. This type of behavior this hospital has done to us...My father died after half an hour. A doctor job is to save a patient's life, but now a days it's just a business and nothing else, there are no genuine doctors...no worries, god is watching everything. There is a word called Karm

I visited so many times for the treatment of my family members and relatives. The treatment is good but the guard and staff behaviour is very rude. Guard and other non medical related staff behave is like a local gunda. I request uppar management of hospital to just tech there staff how to behave the humans at least teach them how to talk politely.
