Dr. Mediversal Multi Super Specialty Hospital

I had an extremely disappointing and horrific experience at this hospital. The overall hygiene in the hospital ward was horrifying. The condition of their general ward is pathetic. On top of that, the nursing staff were not professional and lack self hygiene. They seemed disinterested and were not attentive to the needs of the patients. It was incredibly frustrating to have to repeatedly ask for basic care. On a Patient's stretcher they are putting dirty foot mats, this only shows their seriousness regarding patients hygiene. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. The lack of proper care and basic hygiene is unacceptable in a healthcare environment.

i had admitted on 11th may 2025 for getting treatment to my 14 old child. a operation was done under the supervision of dr. nishikant sir for removal of titanium nail rod in his left leg tibia, operation was successful and we were quite satisfied with the overall facilities and services provided by mediversal hospital. dr nishikant sir was very patient friendly and all the staff members were also very user friendly. hospital was also very neet and clean having parking facilities also. we recommend to avail the services of hospital, including orthopedic dept and again repeating dr nishikant sir experience, knowledge and his behaviour was superb. i became his huge fan.

What an amazing experience! My father, who is 60, recently had surgery at this wonderful hospital, and everything went off without a hitch! The nursing staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to MONALISA JI, the operation manager--her kindness and enthusiasm truly stood out! Thanks to her, I never once felt like we were in a hospital. It was a genuinely uplifting experience!
