Dr. Getwel Hospital

Getwel Hospital provides excellent medical care with experienced doctors and a well-maintained facility. The overall treatment and staff behavior were good. However, during a blood sample collection, one staff member seemed inexperienced and took too long, causing discomfort to the patient. Improving staff training in such procedures would make the experience even better. Still, a great hospital with good healthcare services!

It was a great experience at Getwel Hospital for me and my family. Here staffs were so cooperative and humble with both patient and attendent. My best wishes to doctor, nursing staffs and administrative persons. Good luck

Get well hospital is very corrupted hospital which I have visited in my life where nobody is coprated in the hospital even doctor also are very corrupted they suggest normal patient to treat in ICU without any need and also behave very rude, mannerless.and they make the bill of even a normal patient as rs 50-55k and do not even ready to discharge him at any cost keep him forcefully admitted in ICU.

I came here in emergency having anemia and jaundice problems. Got treated symptomatically. The hospital staff mainly mrs. Pooja were very cordial . however, the charges could have been lesser by avoiding some of the tests. Overall good .

Worst hospital of patna it seems , on Saturday I came to hospital on 16th nov 2024 and at the registration counter(fee-600rs) stupid person seating asked my medical concern. After informing him my problem he asked to visit Dr. Rajiv kumar it was around 6:15pm when Dr came informed him about my problem he asked to do 4 tests which cost 1700.00 rs and asked to visit on 17th von eve same time, when I came on the given date at registrations fest the most roude person replied that Dr Rajeev is off on Sunday I told him the he was off on Sunday then why he called me for visit .I wasted around 400 rs on uber and reply was that Dr nahi hai aap jaiye. At the same time same guy saying to another lady patient ki kal yahan aana mat . Tumhare patient ko admit nahi karenge . Most worst experience of any hospital I have seen here in this hospital, no politeness with no proper information nor any kind of service. The weirdest hospital pls better die at home rather visiting this hospital or u will be die there without care . I was surprised the way that registration guy was talking to that lady with patient. PLS DO NOT WASTE UR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THAT KABADKHANA. Better go to some good hospital . Attaching some pics and video of that registration boy who was most useless chap I have seen in hospital ever. HOSPITAL Management TEAM OR OWNER OF THE HOSPITAL PLEASE CHANGE THAT KIND OF STAFF U HAVE FILLED IN UR HOSPITAL WHO DO NOT HAVE DECENCY TO TALK TO PATIENT.
