I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. The staff is extremely friendly, and the overall environment is very welcoming. Dr. Anita, in particular, is exceptionally helpful and cooperative. She took the time to thoroughly understand every aspect of my family's health concerns and provided accurate diagnosis and guidance. Her approach is very patient-centered, and she ensures the best care with genuine concern. Highly recommend this hospital and also especially Dr. Anita (gynecologist)for anyone seeking quality healthcare!

My father is currently undergoing chest-related treatment with Dr. Vinay Krishna. He is an excellent and highly qualified doctor, and we are satisfied with the quality of medical care he provides. However, the support staff, especially the person managing the in-house medical shop, has been quite disappointing. The shopkeeper is consistently rude and insists on cash payments, which is very inconvenient and unprofessional in today's digital era. While the doctor's treatment is commendable, I strongly advise others to inquire about the overall service experience before starting treatment. Good medical care should be supported by respectful and helpful staff to ensure a positive experience

I am giving honest review which I saw in last 2 days under hospital due to surgery of gall bladder stone. Doctor scheduled not fixed and everything handled by staff. Everything is perfect in hospital specially staff behaviour is very good. only one thing is bad which is not allowed gurdian into ICU to meet patient.

Morning health check up service are good Ford hospital always conduct this type activity for public awareness.thanks

Horrible experience. Doctor will keep you waiting for up to hours. They take patients admit and start treatment the next day evening so that they can keep one day extra. If you ask they will say they will start at 11 AM and then 1 PM and so on. They will not give proper information. This hospital sees a patient just atm machine. Avoid going to this hospital.

recently visited ford hospital and was overall satisfied with the experience. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to patients' needs. The cleanliness of the hospital was commendable, and the facilities appeared well-maintained. Waiting time in the OPD could be reduced.

Don't know any middle class person without identifying him. The staff in the hospital is fine but the doctors are not there on time and demand a lot of money even for minor illnesses. Look, the people who are identified here, spend less money and get treated quickly. don't go to ford hospital

Worst hospital in terms of punctuality average wait time in OPD is from min. 30 minutes to max. You can't even imagine. I waited 2 hours just to see the doctor and then the staff of OPD informs me that sir will come Tommorow you can visit Tommorow. Even if you ask about if the doctor is coming or not they just say "aarhe hai" are Bhai kab kuch ho jayega tab. I have seen so many serious patients waiting even my patients was waiting his operation was done a week ago. Worst
