receptionists were curt and unhelpful, rarely listening to problem It felt like I was just another number in their system rather than a patient needing care. My loved one was admitted to the ICU in a critical condition, and instead of providing us with the transparency and reassurance we desperately needed, Dr. refused to view or provide second opinions the patient's medical reports. This lack of transparency & commitments added a great deal of stress to an already painful situation.looks like he only see healthy patient

Excellent behavior of all staff, and best cardiology

Dr SS Chatterjee is undoubtedly the best cardiologist of patna. I recently visited him to show my father who has VSD (ventricular septal defect). He examined him clinically, did ecg and then called for echo the other day. He did echo himself, measured each and every dimensions of the heart (sizes, gradient, ejection fraction and literally everything about the chambers of heart, valves and the vessels) and explained to me in detail about the findings and also the prognosis. I've consulted many other cardiologist in the town also, but no one has such a deep knowledge as Chatterjee sir. I'm a doctor myself and trust me, DM cardiology from AIIMS Delhi is a big thing.

He hears very patiently to his patient .I have been under his treatment for the last ten years and now feel better .He Prescribes a few medicines.

Worst doctor I visited ever. Does not know how to behave. Very rude and only interested in making money by commission by writing unnecessary tests. Can write even wrong medicine also if you don't do the test at his refffered place. Never visit if you do not want to get in to health risks.

Best cardiologist in Bihar

Very ill mannered doctor i have ever seen in my life..He will not answer your question or help you to understand the problem..he will tell the solution and you will have to follow..dont ask why and how..not recommended

Poor service. If you call them for inquiry they don't give proper answer and hang up the call without listening the question. Even in 2020 they don't accept booking through online or via call. They still live on manual registration.
