Dr. Big Apollo Spectra Hospitals

I sincerely urge to patients please avoid going there due to ruthless and unprofessional behaviour of staffs. One will accede to my belief that patients are like customer for doctors these day. We got appointment with Vijay prakash big Apollo spectra ,Doc response is good but the management and other assistants are idiot.They shout , they thrash, and top of that they will not answer even single question.please explore other option.

Dr. Ashish Ranjan singh have a great experience and expertise in dental issue. He treated my issues very well and also suggest about the precautions which use in future to avoid issue. Thank him alot for his kind attention.

I reached hospital today with patient kajal kumari on 19/6/25, appointment scheduled with Vijay prakash.Doc behaves well , but the hospital staffs are ill behaved , non -co-oprative.A hell of time they take for report inspection.all staffs near vijay sir cabin are obnoxious and egoistic.They thrash patient badly.Avoid going there numbers of hospitals and good doctors are in Patna. Please don't suffer by choosing Vijay prakash big Apollo spectra.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The service was poor and unorganized. I had an appointment scheduled, but the doctor was delayed by more than two hours without any proper communication or apology from the staff. There was no clear explanation for the delay, and the waiting area was overcrowded and uncomfortable. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when asked for updates. For a place that's supposed to provide care, the lack of professionalism and time management was frustrating. I hope the hospital management takes these issues seriously and improves their appointment handling and overall service quality. Patients' time and well-being should be respected.

It's truly disappointing that such a big and reputed hospital charges a huge amount for every service, but can't even provide a basic parking facility for patients and their families. People are forced to park their vehicles on the roadside at their own risk, which is not only inconvenient but also unsafe. For a hospital of this scale, lack of proper parking is unacceptable. Instead of focusing only on earning money, the management should think about basic infrastructure and patient convenience. Highly unprofessional and mismanaged in this regard. Hope they fix this before someone faces a serious issue due to this negligence.

Worst experienced hospital Dr Kamlesh in cardio has no mannner how to talk with patient He said "Bewakoof Aadmi" to patient's attendant. I never thought hospital like Apollo has unprofessional doctor which has no sense how to talk with patient'attendant.

As of today, the worst hospital in Patna is Big Apollo Spectra Hospital. Its condition is even worse than a government hospital. There is no such thing as a system here.
