Dr. PRASAD HOSPITAL

Two star just because of doctors and nursing staffs with Janitors, rest for the management, i don't think so they deserve any star. Private single room is just like a cubical having AC and LED not above of compare with semi private or any other room. Then I shifted for deluxe room as they said everything is quite enough as required for comfort. Quiet enough and comfort can be seen in photographs attached with this review. Delux room without Geyser in bathroom, without hand wash dispenser, bucket and it's mug needed a well bath. Room is without fan, you can see couch which is turned and as much as discomfort if want to sit on this. Even they do not provide table for a room as room is so called deluxe room, i requested nursing staff for atleast provide me patient food table, thereafter, they show me their kindness and provided me patient food table after half an hour. Patient bed can be seen photographs that, the bed is also broken and one side have stopper but the other side is missing. About the dr. He is very good kind gentleman, done surgery of my wife and didn't face any consequences and the nursing staffs are also very good and cooperative. But mind for canteen and quality of food for patient, please take care for this or in suggestion, bring from home. There are some Dark sides of the hospital, no immediate Dr. Available, hospital have to wait for the outsource Dr., even in the admission part, we have to wait for the concern Dr. For their reply with respect to suggestions or direction for the patient if there is emergency face by patient. Rest anyone can assume.

The centralised Ac of the ground floor has been shut off. Its a sunday with the heat outside reach a temp of 40 degrees. Please look into this matter. People are standing on the air ventilation door to cope up with the heat.

There's too much heat here on a sunday and the Centralised Ac is not even on. If I am paying for a treatment i should at least get a good experience for me and my family.

Experience was okay overall. The hospital is quite costly, but the staff behavior was very good. Especially during the billing process, a staff member named Azad explained everything clearly and patiently. The doctors also listened carefully to all our concerns.

I am visiting in prasad hospital for my mother surgery and I have admitted my mother in cash department and go for reimbursement. Miss. Priya record department staff. She is doing my reimbursement filing work and explain me fluently about how to reimbursement and what paper should be submitted in insurance department. Her way of talkung is very calm and politely and I have received my money from insurance department. The hospital us hygienic and well maintained. The office area is looking good.

5star review just because of hospital management and staff behaviour very well and also doctors behaviour to patients is well patient speak friendly to doctors to their problems and they feel comfortable and also the hospital clean and maintained room and all facilities are available one of the important things receptionist and staff they are always available for helpful they take care of patients if you have any health problem go and visit Thank u

My self Mr Raushan working in IAF.my Father is in critical situation due to stage 3 degree heart blockage and was admitted in RB memorial Darbhanga with Temporary pacemaker but due to management issue I have taken risk and forced discharged the patient and shifted in new hospital i e prasad hospital in Muzaffarpur. Dr Zishaan ahmed cardio specialist taken the chrge of our patient and he recovered our father and done opearion with permanent pace maker nicely.after 3 days my patient is in well stable condition. Hospital management team mr Amar and mr Ram supported me in very nice manner.and all the staff is very cooperative and finally I feel transfer of patient from Darbhanga to prasad hospital decision was right. Thanks for your support.

This hospital is full of false commitment and looting the people in the name of fake and false information.. I came here for treatment and the receptionist politely made a fool by saying this hospital accep Ayushmaan card when I paid for OPD ( dr. Consultation fees) soon after the doctor denied saying we can't accept this card you have to pay for treatment when I asked the same from the receptionist. She said it depends on the doctor whether he wants to accept or not ....then I came to the management office where the management person routed me to the ayushman office.. where I waited to meet the ayushman person but there was no one in the office. Maybe they all are included in this type of fraud which is very common to every person .. please avoid these hospital if you are poor and cannot pay then don't even think to come here as they will loot you...
