Dr. Glocal Hospital, Bhagalpur

My father was in very critical condition and we rush to hospital in late night. Doctors team were available to take care of him. We got full support from everyone here. My father's surgery has also done and today he is getting discharg and going to home. I would like to thanks Doctors team and specially Neeraj sir and Vijay sir, all nursing staffs. Amit ji is very helpful in nature and supported a lot here. I also appreciate Mr. Alok from TPA department. Hospital is very clean, i enjoyed eating canteen food which is very reasonable. I recommend Glocal hospital bhagalpur for any kind of treatment.

One of the worst hospital ever seen in my life. 1. None of the doctors wear PPE kit. 2. Inside ICU one doctor is wearing PPE kit and examining all patients without sanitizing. 3. Anyone can go inside ICU. No restrictions. 4. Security outside ICU is friendly and allows everyone with mask and without mask inside the ICU. 5. No AC inside ICU. 6. All billing counters have full AC. 7. Power outages are very regular. 8. High risk consent signature will be taken at the beginning itself before admitting in ICU. 9. There is back entrance where most of the people are allowed to go 2nd floor ICU. 10. Doctor will not be available in ICU always. 11. Hospital staffs wear half mask with nose outside. 12. Whatever you purchase for patients from ground floor hospital pharmacy, half of the items will be given back to pharmacy itself. In front of you they will take the cover and give in pharmacy. 13. Covid test are done and results will not be given in this hospital. 14. ICU charge is INR 6999 per day. 15. Each Doctor visiting to ICU will charge INR 1500 16. All tests will be taken without informing us and in the bill we can see the all the tests. 17. Especially kidney test will be done for sure and doctor will say there is a suspected infection. 18. Apart from our issue, everything will be taken care. 19. Hospital looks good from outside but not inside. 20. No parking available. 21. No Ambulance I saw. 22. They will call doctors from other hospital to check and they will charge INR 1500 23. Bill's will be generated on daily basis and from reception you will get call to pay the bill before 5pm. 24. For food or juice we need to travel 2 kms. 25. Not a recommended hospital.

It is one of the best hospital in Bhagalpur with advance machinery of all kinds scans and operations. The staff ( Mr Amit Sir and Team) is extremely cooperative and well spoken.They treat patients as family rather than just patients. Even the consultants are very open and don't hide anything. Our Dr Makhan Lal and Dr. Pankaj Kumar Manaswi and other Doctor was also very kind to recommend the most effective medicines. I am deeply grateful to the exceptional team of Glocal hospital for their unwavering support and expertise in my father's treatment.
