I visited United Hospital in Gulshan recently and had a very good experience. The doctors were kind and professional. They listened carefully to my problems and gave proper advice. I felt comfortable and safe under their care. The nurses and staff were also helpful. They were always ready to assist and behaved very nicely. The rooms and waiting areas were clean and well-maintained. I liked the calm and quiet environment. The hospital is in a good location in Gulshan, so it was easy to find. There is also parking space available, which helped a lot. The appointment and billing process was smooth. The staff at the counter explained everything clearly and the waiting time was not too long. Only one small issue - the food court or cafe was a bit crowded during the afternoon. It would be better if they had more space or food options for visitors. Overall, United Hospital is a trusted place for health care. I recommend it to others who are looking for good treatment in Dhaka.

United Hospital is a private hospital in Dhaka. I have been to the hospital many times for the treatment of relatives and friends. There are two areas that need to be further improved in the hospital. One is to speed up the admission process and the second is to speed up the release time paperwork. Other sectors are fairly satisfactory. The cost is a bit expensive here. Overall, it can be said to be a fairly good quality private hospital in Dhaka Bangladesh.

United Hospital was one of the top notch Hospitals in Bangladesh. Yes, i said was. After the change of owners in 2023, nowadays the service is too poor. My father is in Room no 609. Even after calling more than 11 time, the nurse didn't response. They need money only. Poor service.

Went here to treat my father's heart problem mainly because one of the doctors here was recommended. The hospital is one that seems to have lost its old charm. They planned the building properly but lack in maintenance and execution. The hospital is overcrowded and it's operating with a shortage of staff who are overworked and hence the service quality has degraded. The cabins also looked pretty shabby in shape. Seems like they hadn't been refurbished in a pretty long time. The CCU was also in bad shape in terms of the overall infrastructure. With a lot of the places having a lot of molds, some of the fire sprinklers seem damaged and overall they seem to be lacking in cleanliness, which is ironic because they had the CCU to ensure that no infection occurs for the patients. The hospital barely needs a good renovation + needs to hire adequate staff to handle the increased number of patients. Overall, if we hadn't come here for the recommended doctor, we probably wouldn't have gone ahead with this hospital. But the doctor Kaisar Nasrullah was very skilled and did his work well which was good. But the overall packages they have were pretty expensive compared to the level of facilities that they were offering. So if we knew we were going to be spending as much, we probably would have looked elsewhere such as Ever care hospital.

Worst Hospital Ever - Avoid! Terrible service from start to finish. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like patients were an inconvenience. Waited hours with no updates, facilities were filthy, and communication was awful. Left feeling worse than when I arrived. Never coming back.

In 2022 I had my angiogram done there. The nurses in the A&E were very professional, kind and polite. Then come to the doctors. I did not expect anything like this from them. They were very kind, professional, honest and highly skilled. The porters and other professionals were also honest and kind too. I wish them well and pray that they can serve their country with honesty and integrity.

Report delivery service is satisfactory at all . Out of four counters only one is available most of the times. Always a long queue is seen in front of the counter. Is UHL suffering from manpower or money?
