Dr. LABAID Cardiac Hospital

I have been calling to book an appointment for Dr. Ali Hossain for about a week now, exactly at 11:30 AM. But I've never been able to get through -- this is impossible and extremely frustrating. Whenever I do manage to reach someone, they say the appointments are already full. I strongly feel that something unfair is going on -- it seems like they are booking patients from their own circle first or something similar. This has been a horrible and very disappointing experience.

Lab Aid Cardiac Hospital is a famous Cardiac hospital, highly Educated and well experienced doctors all time available here with senior consultant, Diagnostic, snacks ber.Card payment available, pre booking eassantial but emergency patients no needs booking. Overall best quality Hospital.

Terribly slow and unprofessional service. Very poor environment and hygiene standards. Such poor service does not warrant the high costs. Not spacious enough to accommodate the daily influx of people. There are only a couple of good doctors, however MRs can be a nuisance. Not recommended unless you know someone from the Directorial / Senior level which will help unlock the coveted VIP service.

People come for treatment but when they bring patients, good people get sick because of their behavior. You have to take the serial within a minute, come and see how they make the serial according to their wishes.Unfortunately, people's problems are not a problem for them.

It's a well known cardiac hospital in Bangladesh . As far I know they are well in cardiac department . Labaid Cardiac Hospital commissioned on 15th July 2004 . It is six storied building . In the building there is consultants chamber , diagnosis Center , Cath lab etc . One restaurant in top floor . Food is good . Specialist in cardiac surgery . Little expensive .

Lab Aid is a well known private hospital of Bangladesh. Treatment is reallocation better. Environment is also clean. Doctors and nurses are good enough and friendly also. But the problem is it's cost. People who don't have sufficient money shouldn't go there.

During Eid Season, Senior Doctors in CCU are usually absent. In our case we admitted under Dr Mahbubur Rahman, but he never arrived. So Junior Doctors often mishandle critical cases. Nurses are also unfortunately not as expert. My Father with heart disease(arrhythmia) was installed with St Jude pacemaker device from Bangalore, Narayana Hospital. The function of the device was to avoid sudden cardiac arrest acting as safety helmet. In 2023 Eid 4th day, my father felt a shock from device at 12.45 pm. As par electrophysiologist' s advice we immediately admitted via emergency at Labaid Cardiac Department. Labaid doctors that assess and manage the situation did not consult an electrophysiologist cardiologist which they should have. Also being a heart specialized hospital Labaid don't have proper pace maker station of St Jude devices. At CCU at 3.30pm we saw a doctor in charge of CCU scolding a nurse for probably overdosing a medicine. My father said I am sweating, nurse insisted it is hot. Actually it was another cardiac arrest probably. Withing 5 mins my father vomited. At 9.00 doctors said we are unable to increase the BP. He might need life support, which we denied. My father passed away in 1.30 am at night. We were billed Tk48,000 for a night by Labaid. Thank you. labaid

Labaid Hospital is one of the best specialised hospital in Dhaka. Some well known doctors are regularly consulting to the patients there. Cost is little bit high comparing others hospital but their staff behaviour is not too good. Hospital authority need to recruiting well trained staff for more well services.
