Dr. Evercare Hospital, Dhaka

I've been visiting this hospital for years--even back when it was managed under the Apollo Hospital name. Sadly, my recent visits have left me deeply disappointed and concerned. Not long ago, I had to bring a family member in for treatment. What I expected was the organized, patient-focused environment I was used to. Instead, I found an overcrowded, chaotic facility that felt more like a busy market than a healthcare institution. Waiting areas were packed, patients and attendants standing shoulder to shoulder with little guidance or communication from staff. The atmosphere was tense, disorganized, and stressful--exactly the opposite of what you want during a medical emergency. What made things worse was the clear lack of proper management. From registration to consultation, everything felt slow, confusing, and frustrating. There didn't seem to be enough staff to manage the increasing patient load, and those who were there appeared overworked and under-supported. Long queues, uncoordinated services, and constant delays made the entire experience far more exhausting than it should have been. To add to the frustration, the recent price hikes were shocking. Costs have gone up drastically, yet the quality of service has gone down. It's heartbreaking to see that despite paying so much more, patients are now receiving less care, less attention, and less respect. In my personal opinion, the previous management under Apollo Hospital was far more efficient, patient-friendly, and professional. There was a visible system in place, staff were more responsive, and the overall environment was much more controlled and comforting. Evercare Hospital may have taken over the name and branding, but it has clearly failed to live up to the standard that patients like me once trusted. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because people come here in moments of vulnerability, expecting compassion and care--not chaos and disappointment.

One of the best place for treatment, they take care of all the patient very thoroughly and the doctors are very friendly, the staffs and the nurse is alsoo very cooperative and supportive for every step of treatment of the patient. They rooms and the places / floors are really clean. Liked their clean environment very much

Overall disappointing experience. Doctors were excellent, but the rest of the hospital services need serious improvement. Prices are too high for the quality of care. Staff lack proper training and professionalism. No supervision in many departments. Billing system is chaotic--long queues all day. Meals are poor: only spicy curries, no proper cutlery, and no dietary variety. The hospital needs better management, faster billing, trained staff, and proper nutrition planning. Not worth the cost in its current state.

Desk officials are very slow and not maintaining any serial or system to serve customers. I am one of the customer from beginning of your renowned hospital. They are gossiping or busy with phone call. It is hampering your reputation. I hope you will Take care.

Evercare Hospital, Dhaka has a reputation for having good doctors and medical staff, and in my experience, the treatment quality was generally up to the mark. You do feel a sense of professionalism when it comes to their core medical services. However, the pricing is extremely high, and often feels out of reach for the average patient. For a hospital that caters to such a large number of people, I expected better in terms of affordability and value. Also, their customer service could use serious improvement--the front desk and support staff aren't always responsive or helpful, which adds stress to an already difficult situation. Overall, good for serious medical attention if budget isn't a concern, but definitely not the most patient-friendly experience when it comes to service and pricing.

Over price and hipped hospital. They will urge you to do test in the facilities. Even the government's fixed common tests are much higher than the regular price. Don't ever go to the canteen, it will cost you a fixed 500 taka for broiler chicken with rice.

This is so sad so many 1 star review for such a big hospital. I think its time for the owners to review their employee standard. Only good looking hospital will not work you need good capable employees. My visit to this hospital has always been poor so i stopped visiting them for my personal issue. Specially the Emergency department is completely unprofessional I just visit the rich people admitted here and have some expensive food :)

A hospital with all the modern facilities like CCU, ICU, HDU, Emergency Medical and Surgical Care. The Staff behaviour was friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant.
