This is undoubtedly an excellent hospital. The doctors are highly compassionate and professional, which is truly commendable for patients. The medical services are also quite advanced. However, there are some notable infrastructural issues, particularly concerning the elevators and bathrooms. The number of elevators and bathrooms is very limited compared to the number of patients. If the authorities address these issues, this hospital could become even better and more patient-friendly.

You have to wait 3-4 hours for checkup. Not only because of the number of patients but because staff takes money and dont maintain any serial. And not to mention They have no manners to how to behave. They act as if they are doing a favour to you.

Very frustrating experinces! Waiting time his very high and services are very non professional! Doctors will treat you like you are not human and they are Gods. Don t go there! I lost 6 hours to go for a Xray.

Very poor OPD patient management. 1) Over telephone no Appointments. 2) After reaching and payment the fee only then they put serial for Doctor. 3) Again after 2 patient they show the Report shoe patient. 4) please keep plenty of time if you come to see Doctor. Because they don't care patient time value. 5) please don't come with self driving car. Because they didn't have any parking

Prof. Dr. Farhat Hussain's conduct was extremely unprofessional. She imposed her personal beliefs on me, attempting to dictate my life decisions and choices instead of respecting my autonomy. It is disappointing that, at her age and in her position, she has not updated her mindset to reflect modern values. Not everyone aspires to the family model she has chosen for herself, and it is unacceptable for her to project that onto patients. Her approach to general gynecological care was rigid, textbook-based, and lacking in empathy--revealing a poor and shallow understanding of the human side of healthcare.
