The doctors and nurses are attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients. The waiting times were reasonable, and the staff explained every procedure clearly. I highly recommend Balimed Negara for anyone seeking quality healthcare in the area.

I'm here right now, waiting for the result of my blood test and I'm happy about how I'm being treated here. The nurse was very gentle, taking my blood and the doctor is very patient, answering my questions, listening to me carefully. And he has just explained the results to me, in a very good time. Thanks a lot to the staff!

The staff are all English speaking and provide their patients with absolutely outstanding service. The head of the hospital has been treating my husband since this brand new hospital opened and we have had always had wonderful help and the best possible medical advice. The heart specialist is now treating me and I cannot recommend Bali Med more highly. The doctors and Administrative staff have been so kind and the Nurses are excellent with their needles! If you need of a hospital in Negara, I would like to reassure you that you will be in safe hands. There is even a Covid safe cafe, an outdoor terrace restaurant , and the perkedel is delicious although, unfortunately, just what i'm no longer allowed to eat. EDIT Restaurant is no longer open air and a bit hot! Food still excellent and they have added kacang hijau to the menu.

Came here two days running with two of my sons, one for an ear infection and the other for a (surf board) fin cut which needed stitches. On both occasions the care was extremely professional and fast.

Had to get a couple stitches after a surfing accident and the staff at the hospital were very professional and fast. Would recommend going here if you need medical care

Came there with an infected surf cut. The doctor was fluent in English, very friendly and the treatment was good (and cheap). Good place!

Need more cashier counter for quicker service
