Excellent service. First experience in a very professional medical practice. Management went above to help me to relax. My new Cardiologist exemplary in his approach and expertise with my complexities. Highly recommended .

Started off well enough, but very poor after service. My wife was told her test results would be out in one to two days...and then two to three days...she finally got them on day four. And who had to do all the calling? Yup, you guessed it, my wife. Very poor follow up - and this was not on BPJS by the way - it was a privately paid service...

I visited a dermatologist in June. The clinic was beautiful and clean, the doctor was friendly and attentive. That's all that was good. I came with intense hair loss. The doctor prescribed shampoo and cream and told me to come back in a week to check the result and, if it didn't help, to add another cosmetic product. Cosmetics obviously didn't help with such intense hair loss, and I didn't come back a second time. I got the impression that this clinic wanted to make money off of me more than help solve the problem. When you're under a stress because of decease, the last thing you want is to feel like you're being treated like a wallet full of money. Lack of empathy.

Clean place with friendly staff, but felt a bit too "reactive" (rather than proactive) when it came to diagnosing my issue. Also I spent a long time hunting around the island for a prescription that was only available at one pharmacy (that I hadn't heard of)...that kind of information should really be told to the patient at the time of prescription, plus a sleep clinic should know that about their own sleep prescriptions I feel.

The best cardiologist on the island! He is so well educated and has excellent patient manners. In addition, his staff is superior. Communication is amazing.

Hello everyone. I hope that you must not visit a doctor during your holidays, but if you have to, i can highly highly recommend to visit this clinic. The nurses are incredible friendly and the clinic is totally clean. Now we come to the most important thing, the doctor. The doctor is absolutely amazing. He speaks perfect English and is very very competent. The equipment of the clinic is up to date and the prices for a treatment are absolutely justified (cheap if you compare it to other clinics). Unfortunately I had to go several times to a doctor and he was the best one!! I wish you safe travels.
