In reality, I had multiple bone metastases -- stage 4 cancer. Even after I informed him of the findings from Malaysia, he refused to reconsider. I lost two critical months. The disease progressed. Treatment is now harder and more expensive. The management showed no empathy -- only cold greed. No apology, no acknowledgment, no refund for the unnecessary treatment. They refunded only the MRI and claimed the situation "did not affect treatment." You don't need a medical degree to understand how dangerous that is. Metastases. Stage 4. Ignored. That response shows a complete absence of ethics, responsibility -- and basic humanity. If your condition is serious -- don't risk it. This place is not healthcare. It's a business wrapped in white coats

My ER experience was excellent from the start to end. I am a traveler and got a bite that got worse and developed into fever. I didn't know which hospital to go to. I just searched online and also asked a local. They recommend me to come here. I am not sure whether I was lucky or it was like that as usual, I got attended right away. The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor, the blood test. Everything was super efficient and the staff was super friendly and patient. I didn't wait for anything more than 5min. Their English is fluent. The doctor explained everything very well to me. They advised me about cost before seeing me so there was no bad surprises. I'm not sure how much it cost averagely for ER here. But I think it is reasonable given that I'm a foreigner. The environment is nice, clean and modern. I'm very grateful for the care and kindness they gave me. Thank you team!

I had a great experience with this hospital. I have a scare of hospitals but they really made my stay feel comfortable and pleasant. the staff are so sweet and they really take care of you! You get a menu with so many different foods to eat, and you almost get like a hotel room. I even got flowers! The only thing bad I have to say is that it was kinda a bad communication with my insurance company, but other than that I have nothing bad to say
