    A large, modern hospital. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. You can make an appointment with a doctor by sending a message via WhatsApp. On the scheduled day, I registered at the reception desk on the first floor. I didn't see any long queues at this hospital. The doctor saw me fairly quickly. The gynecologist, Dr. I.B.N Suardiana Manuaba, is a good, competent, and friendly doctor. I was satisfied with my visit to both the doctor and the hospital.

    Absolutely to avoid if you're a foreigner. I got an accident and needed two X-ray. They overcharged us 2.2 for 2 simple X-rays of a foot and a 5 minutes consultation. Then advised to take an appointment 3 days later. While trying to confirm this appointment through their WA number - all in proper Indonesian as I am fluent - they realized I was a foreigner and referred me to a special other number that never answered my request. Despicable attitude and total absence of service to say the least. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere else. There are way better hospitals nowadays in Bali.

    The reason why I always choose Bros Hospital is because I'm a level 3 BPJS holder but they treat me like a VIP patient, I'm not afraid to be alone during my surgery and even when I need to be hospitalized, because of the service and also the staffs are very quick to respond, friendly, nice, kind and most of all, the hospital always looks so clean. And this is the second time I had my surgery then being hospitalized in Bros Hospital. All the best for Bros Hospital.

    I'm American recently retired , i married a Balinese last year , my Wife recently came down with Gall Stones and required removal surgery, the staff here are caring ,kind and compassionate and took care of her with amazing diligence . Enough can not be said for our gratitude and respect for the care given. The surgery was performed by Dr I Nengah Winata who's skilled/well trained hands performed brilliantly his suturing was amazingly well executed and left only a pencil thin scar (US Surgeons would be impressed). The nurse in charge was Natalie Lady who again enough cannot be said. She treated my Wife as all the staff did as if they were related. Our Thanks. The internist Dr Laksmi Dewi who guided the healing and proper meds and nutrition was as caring as if my Wife were her own daughter again our gratitude and Thanks. And lastly Our humble thanks to Dr Yudis who's continued guidance and moreover His Love for his Oath and commitment to my wife's continued care has forever endeared Our Hearts. We consider Him as Family and Friend. In closing we highly endorse this facility and staff With Love Wayan and Ayu,and all of our Family

They even submitted a claim to a Korean insurance company before treatment When the Korean insurance company rejected their inflated bill, the hospital suddenly offered to reduce the charge by half. This was clear evidence of a fraudulent attempt to exploit foreign patients. It was outrageous and unprofessional, especially in the middle of a medical emergency. Do not trust this place. Their priority is money, not patients. My husband, who had a high fever due to the delay of time for insurance in an emergency situation, was very dangerous and worsened. They couldn't even find the blood vessels and made more than 5 injection mistakes. The voice of the person in charge who is blind to money is creepy just to imagine. She was blind to money, so I could feel that she was crazy about money from her voice when she contacted the insurance company to ask for money even though she couldn't communicate with foreigners.

    I never went to Bros before. Because my husband had ACL injury, then I searched the best Sport Orthopedic, & he practiced at Bros. We have undergone one month journey, pre surgery, surgery, & post surgery. All I can say, that everything was amazing. The staff (doctor, nurse, reception, therapist) are very friendly & helpful, never disappointing. Dr. Wien & Bli Agung physiotherapist are the best. With routine physiotherapy (3x a week) & doctor visit 1x / week, after 1 month ACL surgery, my husband is no longer use the crutches & has speed recovery. He will keep doing the physiotherapy but at another city where he works. The mobile apps Bros is very helpful, we can check the queue. Yes, Dr Wien has a lot of patients, a long queue, because he's the best, so use your apps to check for your queue. Another tips, after book by Bros apps, use the machine outside, just scan the barcode, so you don't have to wait for the reception. But it's not yet valid for the physiotherapy Thank you Bros Hospital.

    Not a good hospital, they are all about money and not full care of the patients, my daughter was born here and although it was a successfully birth the after care was horrendous, not a doctor in sight and they tried to keep us in for unnecessary checks and scared the life out of us to grow the bill. My cousin has recently been in there and they did tests to no conclusion and just charged through the nose for medication and eventually sent him home with some tablets for his heart and paracetamol, he did not receive the proper care he needed . It was all about the bill. I am not impressed with this hospital at all and will not use again.

    Stayed for two nights without being accompanied and they treated me really well. The facility was great, they followed strict Covid protocols, helped me in my recovery, gave me good meals and when I couldn't walk the nurses took very good care of me, helped for administrations and even picked up a bouquet of flowers from the lobby. All of them were very helpful and sweet, not only to me but also to my room mate. Very big thank you to Bali Royal Hospital
