Dr. Bali International Hospital (Emergency Entrance)

Siloam needs to step up its game as there's a new great option in town with BIH! Quite impressed from my first visit to this hospital, although was relatively straightforward... Met with ENT Dr Monica Intan, perfect English explain my situation and set realistic expectations about treatment. Most importantly did not try to oversell medication's like other hospitals do. I will be taking my business to this hospital from now on Lovely, administrative staff, plenty of parking, keep up the good work, and God bless your success in Bali

Our baby was delivered by Dr. Stella and the team of 11 or so, the entire process was delivered in a very steadfast manner. The facility needs not a further testimony as all the rooms, equipment are truly up to international standard. What deserve the acknowledgement further is the whole team running the facility, from doctors (Dr. Windu - our pediatrician as seen in the pic - is also very kind and professional), nurses (Nurse Ayu, Mira, Delni, Prema, Eni and many more were all very kind, attentive and resourceful), even the concierge and housekeeping team too deserve praises. If there were 6 stars for the review, we wouldn't hesitate to give here. It's a huge relieve to have such medical facility and services here in Bali.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the emergency staff at the hospital for the exceptional care I received during my recent illness in Bali. Falling sick while away from home can be a very unsettling experience, but from the moment I arrived, I felt that I was in safe and capable hands. The entire team--doctors, nurses, and support staff--were not only highly professional but also incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. They took the time to explain my condition clearly, walked me through the test results, and thoroughly discussed my treatment options. This level of communication gave me great peace of mind and helped me feel reassured throughout the process. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and care shown by everyone I encountered. Their support made a difficult time much easier to cope with, and I am truly grateful for the comfort they provided--both medically and emotionally. I consider myself very fortunate to have been cared for by such a dedicated and lovely group of professionals. Thank you once again for everything you did for me--I deeply appreciate it.

Had consultation with Dr I Gede Dwi Sumajaya at the Cardiovascular Clinic. Pre check with EKG was conducted by the wonderful nurses. Dr Sumajaya was thorough and gave a very clear analysis. Overall BIH provides great service and a very pleasant experience

All the staff were kind and welcoming, and the building itself is beautiful. However, we were deeply disappointed by the experience with the neurologist. We came with serious concerns that our baby might be having seizures and had specifically requested an EEG in advance. Upon arrival, we were told they did not have an EEG cap suitable for young children. Our son has a condition that makes him extremely active, so using standard electrodes was not feasible, and the EEG had to be cancelled. Despite not having any diagnostic confirmation, the neurologist still suggested starting seizure medication for our 15-month-old. This felt not only premature but highly irresponsible. Prescribing powerful medication without a proper diagnosis is a serious matter, especially for such a young child. We urge this clinic to prioritize accurate assessments over rushing to treatment. and to ensure they have the appropriate pediatric equipment before accepting young patients. This kind of oversight can lead to real harm, and patients deserve better.

Excellent caring and professional treatment 10/10 from Dr Andreas and the emergency team - they were thorough during their examination and explained clearly the diagnosis and delivered treatment and correct medicines with the correct dosages (validated by my experienced family doctor after we returned home). Well done and thank you BIH.

From the booking and reception staff in the women's health department to Dr Andreas and his assistant I was extremely well taken care of as a woman travelling alone I was nervous on the day of the procedure I had several consultations at many hospitals in bali and this hospital made me feel so at ease. The price was slightly higher than some others but it was worth it. So clean so thorough and I trusted the tests would be ran meticulously. Thank you to all of the staff
