Amazing service! Seen quickly for a severe reaction to mosquito bites by the helpful Doctor Stephanie, who did an excellent consultation and had dispensed my medications within 30 mins of arriving. The whole team were welcoming and spoke English which was so helpful. The price for consultation and medications was less than 600000 rupiah. I am very grateful to have found this clinic and highly recommend it, thank you!

During my stay in Bali, I had sudden back and abdominal pain. Surya Medica Clinic arranged for a doctor and nurse to come to my hotel room. They were very professional, kind and calm, and made me feel safe and taken seriously. The treatment via IV helped a lot, and they followed up with clear communication and a medical report. I am Australian and attended this medical centre after falling on a wet path and fracturing my arm. It was recommended to me by the owners of the Munduk resort I was staying at, as a closer and better option than any that my travel insurance company knew of. I was incredibly impressed by all the staff, who were kind, knowledgeable and professional with good English skills, particularly the Orthopaedic Doctor Sunaria and Nurse Luisiana. I was also so pleasantly surprised that i was seen straight away and did not have to wait. I'm sure at a bigger hospital there would have been much waiting. The centre seemed quiet with not too many other patients around. They have an xray machine on site. Whilst the insurance company is paying the bills I was surprised that the treatment costs for the two visits I had seemed low. I am incredibly grateful for the treatment I received here and would highly recommend this clinic!

Very profesional clinik and nice docfors and nurse :) recomend x100 if you have a health problem.

So I visited the clinic and they attended me immediately. The doctors and nurses were super friendly and helped me really good. Also the communication through WhatsApp was very good. The lab results were ready within two hours and I got my medication and a complete report. Thank you so much for the good service, I can completely recommend this clinic.
