    Been here some of the times, and satisifed with the service and hospitality. The doctors I ever encountered with are kind and great! The registration officers are quick. The nurses are informative and attentive. The security officers are awesome! They go for the extra miles to help patients. I might give 5 stars, but I reconsider it due to the lack of toilet paper in the toilet and sometimes the air conditioner in the room gets so hot huhuhuhuhu hopefully you guys improve it soon!

    TOURIST TRAP ALERT -- AVOID THIS HOSPITAL We had a terrible experience here. Our friend had a minor hand fracture (boxer's fracture), and this hospital tried to scare us into an emergency open surgery. They said it was urgent and life-threatening, and tried to charge us EU15,000 for surgery and a 2-day hospital stay. Luckily, we consulted a doctor friend who immediately told us it was not urgent and could easily be treated with a simple cast. When we refused the surgery, they pressured us by saying we were putting his hand at "great risk" -- just to scare us into paying. To make things worse, they charged us EU350 for an "emergency treatment" even though we already had an X-ray from another hospital, and they didn't do much besides some blood tests and IV. The invoice was filled with unnecessary items to inflate the bill. We then went to another hospital where the doctor was honest, professional, and calm. Within 20 minutes they applied a cast -- no surgery needed -- and my friend is now recovering well. This hospital clearly preys on tourists. If you're a traveler and end up here, get a second opinion immediately. Don't fall for their fear tactics and inflated pricing.

    I'm very disappointed with the service provided by Dr. Ketut Mariadi, an internist. I specifically chose this clinic and pay extra with the expectation of receiving an answer or just even little explanation regarding my health concerns. Unfortunately, the consultation with the specialist was extremely quick, less than 5 minutes. why such in rush? I pay extra to have consultation and explanation isnt it? not just to get medicine. There was no effort to explain the possible causes, triggers, or implications of my symptoms. I was prescribed medication without any clear explanation of my condition. As a patient seeking clarity and reassurance, I left feeling confused and disappointed. People who come to you are seeking help, they trust you, your knowledge, and your expertise. The least we ask for is a little care to human being not just making money.

    I was treated here for a severe dengue infection, and I can truly say this hospital saved my life. From the moment I arrived, I was in the best hands. Dr. Benny, my main doctor, was absolutely incredible and so friendly, attentive, and professional. I couldn't have asked for better care. The hospital itself is spotless, modern, and very well-maintained. The food was surprisingly amazing (which you don't expect in a hospital!), and every single nurse and staff member I met was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Benny and all his wonderful nurses and fellow doctors. They've been absolutely incredible throughout my stay, and I felt truly supported every step of the way. I highly, highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention in Bali. Thank you again for everything!

    0 respect for other people's time. I always came to their pediatrician for my baby since she was born and had no issues. But then, I started coming for myself to their dentist and last night was I was very disappointed. Last week they informed me that they put me on the waiting list for the week after, since I'm having a root canal treatment. On the day, I tried to message them several times to confirm my appointment, and no feedback. Finally I tried to call their call centre and the person in the phone confirming by stating my FULL NAME was on the list for the appointment. I came all the way there (almost 1 hour drive), came to the register, and the front desk also confirmed that my name was on the list & gave me the registration paper to give to the nurse. I gave my paper to the nurse in charge on the dentist area, at 7pm 1st August 2025. She told me to WAIT. And so I waited, an hour gone by I asked her what took so long, again she told me to WAIT. 10 min later, another nurse came in and told my name is not on the system. And apparently the doctor already LEFT. I WAS WAITING 1.5 HOURS FOR NOTHING. Because of this missing appointment, I have to come back for another 3 times! When it's supposed to be only 2 times treatment left! What a waste of time & money! Because some incompetent lazy nurse on the front desk didn't bother to inform / put my name in the system. By the time I was angry, that nurse is already left home, I hope Siloam can give her a warning! Nurse that in charge on Friday, 1st August 2025 7pm in dentist area, didn't get her name, but she's a bit chubby. I came all the way to Siloam expecting a good & professional customer service. And instead, I only get a word "Sorry, your name was not in the system" After leaving me waiting for 1.5 hours. It's a shame.

    The staff is friendly, but the overall service leaves much to be desired. At the cashier, only one young woman works efficiently the others are still in training, which causes long delays. At the reception, only female staff are attending patients, and the one male receptionist is also learning on the job. There are more than eight nurses, all very kind and caring, but their roles are so restricted that they're unable to do much beyond basic tasks. Doctor consultations are extremely brief and overpriced considering the limited attention and experience provided. Even worse, the appointment system is poorly managed. I've been waiting over three days for a follow-up call, and still no update. This level of disorganization is unacceptable for a hospital of this size. To make things more frustrating, toilets are not accessible before 9 AM. I had a urine test scheduled for 8 AM and had to go downstairs to a different bathroom, which was dirty and in poor condition. For a medical facility, that's simply not acceptable. Siloam Denpasar has potential, but it urgently needs better management, improved communication, and more efficient workflows.

    My friend almost got scammed big time in this hospital. They made a simple procedure seem incredibly complex, and the bill would have been outrageous. Thankfully we checked with a trusted doctor who confirmed it was actually very straightforward. We ended up having the operation done at another hospital for one twenty-fifth of the price.
