Dr. Garbamed Hospital

Their nurses are amazing, really friendly and helpful. but their cashiers are very slow, took ages only for registration and payment. Wasting time because their cashier were very slow working. Only 3 people were waiting but so long.

Needed stitches for a cut wound in the middle of the night. Place was clean, doctor was good, I was processed and treated fast. Got tetanus shot and meds too. Prices were reasonable.

Positive experience only. Of course there are queues like in any hospital, but that's okay. They did an ultrasound, told me everything, sent for a consultation with a doctor. I will continue to have further examinations in this hospital. The prices are very reasonable!!!

Went to this hospital as the clinic told us to. DO NOT GO HERE if you're a foreigner. Hardly any air conditioning. The doctor did not speak English and apologised. The toilets were worse than a public park toilet that had never been cleaned. No toilet paper just a bowl of water. A "nurse" sat outside that toilet filing needle from vile. I asked if this was the best hospital and thank god the doctor said no. We went to BIMC was amazing in comparison.

Been here a couple times. The schedule of doctors that they provide is NEVER correct. You come to the hospital and the doctor is not there because whatever Took extra unwanted xray that i had to pay for

Very slow service here, place is really dirty too for a hospital

I came here because my stomach really hurt plus I was already weak because of diarrhea and vomiting too. Came almost midnight to the emergency room but had to be registered first even though it was an emergency and I saw that there were still empty beds. came almost midnight and when I arrived I was greeted with an explanation of whether or not I could use BPJS, okay fine, it didn't matter at that time because my condition seemed to me to be an emergency because if it wasn't an emergency I would rather control it with a general practitioner than have to go to emergency. after I checked my tension etc., I was given an estimate please note that its ESTIMATE, around IDR 715,000 with no details and all the staff spoke stammeringly when I asked for price details. how can a hospital give an estimate that is not definite but has taken action to inject medicine for me but does not have a definite price????? all the staff are incompetent and not worthy of being called medical personnel. they even clearly spoke to their colleague when I had to go to the toilet because of diarrhea, and he said it in front of my mother with the phrase "watch out it will run away" BRO? ???? When I returned from the restroom and mentioned that I was offended, the other staff lady laughed sarcastically at me. WHAT A ZERO ATTITUDE TO BE CALLED A MEDIC. I came here because I was sick! You're not staff Warteg that are afraid people will eat and then not pay!!! I came here because I was sick not for playing!!! and my mother was forced to sign and we were forced to pay for everything that I had not even received any medicine. NEVER COME HERE. a hospital with low standards and tried to blackmail me with fake receipts that they wrote by hand (not printed from the system) how can they not be able to check the price of each drug when in front of them there are laptops and computers???? The computers and the laptops are useless. NO RECOMMEND AT ALL. If there's any zero star here then i definitely will choose the zero star!

The lady doctor in the emergency room was fantastic but everything else is a terrible experience. Facilities are absolutely atrocious. Here is a picture of a cockroach in the room that I killed.
