Dr. CANGGU MEDICAL BATU BOLONG

Came to this clinic with a guest who was injured while surfing in Batu Bolong beach. Lots of dried blood on the head and neck. The nurse even said just go to the hospital, but didn't know the nearest hospital. The doctor also didn't help, if I didn't ask to put a bandage on the wound area, it wouldn't be handled, and it was treated on the receptionist's waiting chair. The doctor didn't give first aid, instead he followed the words of the nurse in front. It seems like the nurse owns the clinic, the doctor obeys the words of the nurse. Poor service and no empathy.

Terrible, I went in for a dengue blood test, they recommended I see the doctor for diagnosis. Doc couldn't diagnose so recommended about 12 different blood tests (including cholesterol! What does that have to do with dengue?!). Then tried to sell at IV drip for IDR 5m, along with IDR 1m of medication. Now how can a doc prescribe medication before he knows the diagnosis? All in all they wanted me to pay about IDR7m for a simple blood test! That's a months rent. It's clear that this and other Canggu medical centers I've been to prioritize profit and sales over patient wellbeing

This place is very bad, i can't understand, my fever 38.6, and was vomit twice. paying 300.000 rupiah only to see doctor and she didn't give me any prescription. And told me to buy panadol on the apotic outside. Totally scammer.

Fast professional and caring service. Within 8 hours, the antibiotic was working. Total cost, including meds was Rh 1,300,000. A very fair price.

Well located for tourists in Ubud. I went with an ear infection and required anti biotics. They charge 300,000 for a consultation which they up front about when you arrive. The medicine they prescribed has highly inflated prices which they will only slightly lower upon complaint. They wrote me a prescription following my refusal to pay the consultation fee without it, then walked over the road and got the medicine for 1/5th of the price they quoted. Clean facility with friendly staff, but the pricing is nothing short of appalling.

I went to the doctor in Canggu while i was in a bad condition (bronchitis, food poisoning). The doctor and her colleagues were really empathetic and examined me carefully. I felt like I was in good hands. They write you a letter in English with the diagnosis and treatment, which you can send to your health insurance for reimbursement.

I came with a problem - tachycardia. "we can't help you in any way, please contact the hospital." Then close completely, why are you needed?

Excellent service. Super sterile and the staff speak really good English. I had to come in to have a toenail removed (worst nightmare) and the doctors were excellent. Comforting, quick and efficient. Healing well. Thank you!
