Dr. BIMC Hospital - Emergency

I had a great experience for an ear infection treatment with Dr Conchita Silva. I had a misdiagnose in Ari Canti hospital & a month of mistreatment by their EMT doctor which ended up making infection worse & cost me around 5.000.000 idr which I could not claim. The facilities, equipment & service level were way better here than in Arizona Canti. Dr Conchita cured my infection after one single visit with cleaning, proper prescription medicine. We did a follow up after several months & the progression was great. I am really grateful. A single visit here without health insurance was cheaper than in Ari Canti hospital.

Terrible experience! The prices here are ridiculously high and absolutely do not match the quality of service. Thanks to the clinic staff, who failed to properly explain the rabies vaccination schedule, we ended up missing our scheduled shots. We asked more than 10 times, yet we were still shocked when, at the last appointment, the doctor told us we should have come two weeks earlier. Unbelievable. I will never come back here again!

Hit my head onto reef. Got stitches on my head. Doctors and Nurses are really kind. There are some Japanese staffs. It's really nice for Japanese when we feel like worried. Of course, the hospital is clean. My scars on scalpes are getting really well and no infections. A few of men doctors did a little less-explanaions and checked less carefully(less seriously) after sewed my scalped than women doctors. Women doctors sewed really well and checked really with a polite/coutesy ways. And Cares for infections were really good. They issued documents for travel insurances. It helped me very much!! Thank you very much for everything! First of all we waited 3 hours and then they told me that it's a emergency and I should pay 7000$ or i will loose my hand , i asked them what should i do if i don't have this amount , they told me to wait again . I waited again for 2 hours so I asked if there is any news, they told me why are waiting. I was chocked Please do not go there , there are all scammers

This is by far the most horrible hospital I have ever been in. They just try to cheat foreigners and collect money and don't care about the health of the patients. The organisation is a disaster, the prices are just a scam. You are deliberately left in the hospital, you don't get the examinations you need, nothing happens. You can Google here to find out what you might have and then suggest a treatment method to the doctors. The main thing is that they can continue to rip you off. It would be all right if appropriate medical treatment were also paid fairly. Here they charge more than in other countries and it is a bad hospital. Hygiene is a disaster. They don't use pads and put you in dirty beds for examination. The rooms are not cleaned properly. There were ant streets in the room. They don't do anything, don't give you medicine and don't care until the insurance is confirmed or you pay in advance. It takes days for small things and you are put off unnecessarily. The administration slows down the process with the insurance company and communicates wrong things. The worst thing is that they give false information to your insurance company in order to be able to bill more, even though it is false information.

Had a serious traffic accident, fractured my pelvis bone among other head injury. Bed rested in ICU for two weeks. Did Physiotherapy with Rehab team (Dr Srii, Agus and Tania) for a week or so. In the beginning I was not able to sit up from my own bed. Gradually I was able to sit up, stand and walk with the assistance of a walker. In the end, I was able to walk independently without any assistance. Great team.

Good - Clean and very friendly hospital staff including the nursing staff. - 5 on 5 for that. Bad - The price is exorbitant. A normal dressing cost IDR 3.4 Mio - fees never heard of before. To add to it, the follow up visit which is less than 24 hours from the first visit is being charged again along with re-dressing of the wound to check for any infection - something I have never encountered before. Seems it's more of money making than service in this hospital. I would definitely rate it 1 on 5 At this price I am compelled to rate the hospital 2.

For 11 Mio. a night I got an extremely small room without windows. AC was not working properly, so the air inside was very bad. Nurse station directly in front of the room, chatting and joking very loud all day (and evening) long. So annoying! You can imagine that this is not the place where you want to recover from your Dengue fever. Treatment was ok I think. In 3 days I saw a doctor only twice though...
