Dr. Swasti Hospital

I recently visited Swasti Hospital in Nalbari for the first time, and overall, my experience was a mix of positives and areas that need improvement. The hospital was a bit crowded, but the reception staff managed things fairly well. Registration took a little time, but the process was simple. I was there for a general consultation, and the doctor I met was professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence in the treatment. The diagnostic services were decent, and the reports were delivered in a timely manner. The charges were also reasonable, which is a big plus for patients who are cost-conscious. One important point I noticed is that there are very few male nurses in the hospital. This can be a concern, especially for male patients who may need personal care or assistance in certain departments. It would be helpful if the hospital could improve the gender balance in its nursing staff for better patient comfort and support. Overall, I'd say Swasti Hospital is a good option for basic medical care and general consultations. If they can increase the number of male nurses, it would significantly improve the overall experience.

This is the worst medical experience any patience can have. They are killing people. We admitted my grandmother there for minor problem. They run a serious biopsy taste, resulting severe bleeding from the patience's esophagus. They did not have any emergency doctor, no blood bank, not even proper test results. This hospital needs to shut down. This is not the first time they are doing wrong treatment. Management should look into the matter immediately.

Everything is good apart from the hygiene. The Doctor's are expert in their field but the management is very poor, everywhere you will find gutka stain and it's very unhygienic. So for that 3 .
