Disapponting experience.. Their call handling service fell short of expectations.. Calls are not answered professionally and queries were not resolved efficiently. Expected a more polished and customer centric approach. Hope they improve their services soon.

We are conducting few test here recommendate by their own degisnated doctor... This is the second time we are conducting test here and this time I thought of giving my review.... Today at 11:30 am we are here for cbc test.. All the formalities done that time itself... We are waiting for the report from thn now it's about to 3 pm... Still staffs were not aware where the report is.... I can understand the time frame for the same but sometimes being a human you guys also should understand the seriousness or criticalness of the patient... My mom is 65 yrs old since from that time we are sitting on a bench outside the hospital of a hotel nearby... There is no sitting arragements for the patients as well as for the visitor... Your construction should not be the reason of poor management please ... I have no option otherwise better not to recommend here..... Loved your beloved ones think thrice before proceeding for anything.......

Trtmnt is good . But Very poor communication of the persons sitting in report collecting branch. Once you try to call them in the report collection branch the persons sitting there they just doesn't pick up the ph calls.. I tried calling them in 3 consecutive days but nobody picked the ph. Lack of professionalism and insincerity in duty/working hours. The Administrator should look upon the matter. As it's the reputation of the Nursing home.

Staffs don't value the time of patient. They will work as they wish. Its very annoying people who came from far place.

Low cost well equipped hospital. Consultant surgeon Dr R N SAIKIA has presented papers about his own works 2 international and world conferences.

Very very poor serving quality...they even don't give importance to the patient.specially endoscopy and radiology dept is really worse... management is very poor...they never value patients time.

The Dr Das Hospital N Diagnostic Center, is really so Good and beautiful Hospital is Located in North lakhimpur District Assam 787001. And this Dr Das Hospital N Diagnostic Center, lakhimpur provides good service.

Nice hospital.Even I had a surgery in this hospital.Very caring and is responsible staff.ACCORDING to me best is DR SAIKIA RAMANANDA
