I'm totally disappointed with nurse, rude behaviour, and when I try to talk with them in a nice way, then they are telling me if you're not comfortable better you should go in private hospital, so I kindly request this kind of nurse immediately. You have to resign to all of them.

    Punoom Jyoti

My experience was disappointing the behaviour from the staff is not good very rude and bd behaviour they don't know how treat patient and attendant People visit government hospitals expecting a more patient-friendly atmosphere, but this was the opposite. If the staff continues to act this way, many will prefer private hospitals instead. While I understand that sometimes staff may be irritated due to a heavy workload, there were very few patients when I visited, so the rude behavior was completely unjustified. Definitely not the level of service expected from a public healthcare facility.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the behavior of some doctors and nurses at Makum Medical College (also known as Tinsukia Medical college My father is a dialysis patient. During our recent visit to the hospital for dialysis, the staff told us there was a blood deficiency, so blood transfusion would be necessary and asked us to admit to the same hospital for blood transfusion .We didn't have any issues with the dialysis staff; they were all very professional and had good behavior. However, when we asked the doctor at the medical college if we would need a blood transfusion and if we would admit our father, the doctor neither admitted him nor they gave a clear response about the blood transfusion.we experienced extremely unprofessional and distressing behavior from the medical doctor and nurse. 1. Lack of Attention: The hospital staff failed to properly attend to my father's medical needs. 2. Intimidation and Threats: When I asked questions regarding his treatment, the doctors and nurses scolded us and even threatened that they would not admit him if we continued asking questions. We were told to go to another hospital. 3. Poor Communication: The staff did not provide clear or satisfactory answers to our questions, which left us confused and concerned. Every family wants the best possible care for their loved ones, especially when dealing with serious medical conditions like kidney failure. Our family expected transparency, respect, and empathy from the hospital staff. Instead, we were met with hostility and intimidation, which has severely shaken our trust in the hospital. I believe it's important to hold the concerned staff accountable to ensure that no other family goes through such a traumatic experience.

1 Star - Poor Service & Rude Behaviour I'm giving 1 star only for cleanliness. Otherwise, my experience was disappointing. The behaviour from the receptionist to the lady handling the blood reports was very rude. They also failed to ask basic details, like whether the patient is married or unmarried. Despite correcting them three times, my name was still addressed incorrectly with "Mrs." in the report. People visit government hospitals expecting a more patient-friendly atmosphere, but this was the opposite. If the staff continues to act this way, many will prefer private hospitals instead. While I understand that sometimes staff may be irritated due to a heavy workload, there were very few patients when I visited, so the rude behavior was completely unjustified. Definitely not the level of service expected from a public healthcare facility.
