    My Horrible Experience at Medicity Guwahati : A friend booked an appointment with Dr. Bipul Choudhury (MD, DM Endocrinology). We were told to arrive by 5 PM, but shockingly, we were kept waiting till 9:30 PM -- with no explanation or updates. The hospital's management was utterly disorganized. No basic amenities -- no drinking water, no mobile charging station, and shockingly poor hygiene. Even the doctors' washroom was in a terrible state, smelling awful and clearly not maintained. Extremely disappointed by such neglect at a reputed medical center. Patients deserve respect and basic human consideration.

    I have been taking my mother to Medicity for consultations with Dr. Dhruvajyoti Chowdhury, for quite some time now, and while the doctor himself has always been great and the consultations have never been an issue, today's experience was deeply disappointing. We had a scheduled appointment at 10 AM. Unfortunately, we got stuck in terrible traffic and I made sure to call ahead to inform the clinic that we were running late. Despite informing them, it seems the message was never relayed to the doctor. By the time we arrived, we were told that the doctor had already left. Now, we're left with the inconvenience of having to reschedule and go through the entire process again -- something that could've been avoided with a little coordination and consideration. Please understand and respect that patients and their caregivers also value their time. A bit of empathy and better communication would go a long way in improving the patient experience.

    One star for the absolutely poor time management. The reception staff are unhelpful and more preoccupied with their own tasks than assisting patients. They call patients to report at a specific time, only for the doctors to be unavailable or uncertain about their schedules. A complete lack of coordination between reception and doctors. Extremely frustrating experience.

    We pay you hefty fees yet your ACs don't work. Gosh, this is koti fata gorom..please make sure that the ACs work at the doctor's waiting lounge. If you don't have ACs in working condition then at least arrange some fans. You know, the human body colonge is not at all refreshing

    Rude behavior of a Doctor. Today I took my mother Mrs. Geeta Rani Sinha for a regular checkup with Dr. Neelav Sarma. Sr. Neurologist. First of all our appointment was at 10.30am. Doctor was already late and arrived around 11.15am. Moment we enter his cabin he was already with a angry face. He did not even behave normally and started talking to my mother like a unwanted person entered in his cabin. All the question asked to my mother was with a rude tone. Did not found any human touch. We are a regular customer of Medecity Dispur branch. This kind of rude behaviour was not expected from a known Doctor. He was may be already with an angry situation but that does not mean he will Deal with his patience rudely. We are very old citizen in guwahati and my mother is nearly 67 years. Senior citizen of guwahati. Not at all expected this from him. I would re-think about visiting medecity when it's necessary. I have no issue with medicity and their staff.

    Good hospital.Nice place . Here many corporate office are present and health care Medicity Aditya is also in this complex. Neat and clean, stuff behavior is good but their drawback is too much time taking to see a doctor.wait for see a doctor is so boring. I went for my treatment they waited me for so long.
