Dr. down town hospital

I don't know about the other staff and doctors because all them were nice enough but Dr. PKD Phukan is a very rude and obnoxious man. He doesn't know how to communicate properly somebody should give him lessons on humility and empathy. He was only nice with the selected people which were I guess VIP patients and totally made fun of others. This man doesn't know how to treat somebody with kindness. Nobody should ever visit him.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please, if you love your parents, never take them to Downtown Hospital--especially if they're over 60. I brought my father here in a stable condition, trusting he would be cared for, but instead, he deteriorated rapidly under their so-called treatment. It felt like they were experimenting on him rather than healing him. Now, he has been unconscious on a ventilator in the ICU for 20 days, and I haven't heard his voice in weeks. Our bill has crossed 8 lakh rupees, yet the doctors are rarely available, communication is non-existent, and the only thing this hospital seems to care about is money--not human lives. Each day feels like we're watching him slip further away, and the helplessness is unbearable. This hospital has shattered our family and filled me with guilt for ever bringing him here. Please don't make the same mistake. If you will ask them for report they will not give it to you because their true intentions will come out!

We took our father (over 60) with stomach pain..he walked to the car and from car to the doctors and tests himself....they refused to admit him at first ..but later they did some tests and did an emergency surgery...and even took him off the icu ward after 2 days.... And then suddenly we lost him in their ward ...tomorrow is his funeral ....we lost our father and also we are in debt in lakhs...take your family members anywhere else

Dr. Hrishikesh bora ... One of the worst doctor I have ever came across.... He has given all types of antibiotics before getting any diagnosis of my father and later he couldn't treat my dad .... We approached dr .P k choudhary and he has found the actual cause of my father illness....but it was very late and we couldn't save our dad ... doctor like hrishikesh bora should come and see how actually doctors works outside assam and learn from them.....

Worst behavior all the stuff members and some doctors. I paid extra money to the hospital after my discharge for trainning all the dogs well again including doctors. They don't have any shame they smile and kept my money. We people should boycott this hospital that stop promoting and recommending to the others. And taking care of our own health
